Miracle Ear office in Woodbridge does nothing to take care of customers. I feel badly for the Admin person in the front office who has to deal with upset clients all the time. I purchased a pair of ears a couple of months ago, they were never adequately "adjusted" for proper hearing, and then the left ear started losing power after only a few hours daily. The tech told me to bring it in to be sent "for repair" which would take only 1 to 2 weeks. Now, almost 4 weeks later, I still haven't gotten it back, and cannot get any information as to when I will receive it back. The tech doesn't answer the phone or return calls, can only contact him when he happens to be there (and not out for "lunch"). Today, once again he made no contact; I called to speak with him, Odyssey told me she's make sure he "got the message" and that she would try hard to get him to call me. He did not call. I paid an outrageous amount of money for a substandard product and non existent service. Now I want to know who to speak with and where I can really direct my complaint since this medium seems only to be a pacifier to let clients vent.
