I just received a Heavenly pedicure from Johnny Lee and I am just so impressed. From the very beginning he had a big smile for me and you're very professional and Thoreau and didn't hurt me!!!! Wow!!!! 10 stars!!!

If I could give a zero, I would. Do not go here. Racist , careless, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Came in for a simple nail repair and the man picked a color that clearly didn’t match, then told me to go find the right one myself not even attempting to assist. When I pointed non color match again, he raised his voice with irritance. I asked for the owner/manager, and he claimed they weren’t there, refused to give a name or number, then after I paid, laughed and said he was the owner. I told him “God bless you,” which seemed to make him more upset and then he cowardly mumbled “get the hell out” as I left. No respect, no professionalism, no excuse for this behavior. Go anywhere else!

Had an overall amazing experience at this salon. I was impressed by the the flexibility of the staff when I brought my cousin in for a mani/pedi with her 6 month old baby. The nail technicians there helped me make a bottle and get the baby out of her stroller when she started getting fussy. The service itself was outstanding and nails are also great quality! I would highly recommend!!

This is my 4th time here and all they really do is soak my feet in water and then polished. when I leave a nail Salon my feet and hands should feel pampered. After all
the last 3 experiences were not close to what I am accustomed to but this last one today, was the worst. the lady cut my cuticle in two different places both burning me still. I did a pedicure and a manicure. when I do a pedi where I am from your feet feel great when you are done. what Nail Trix do and did today haven't begin to scratch the surface of properly cleaning me nails and scrubbing my feet. Their aim is to get people to buy additional services than what they came in for and the customer service is poor.
This is last time they will see me again. to add the lady who did my nail
kept using her nails to clean up around the edge of my nails and I had to say"your nails are sharp" because she was pressing into my skin with her sharp fingernails . Then have a nerve to ask about tip at the end.

WARNING! If I can gjve 0 stars I would. I was at the mall and rushing so I stopped to get my nails done here even though I had a horrible experience a couple years back( I had acrylic nails and 3 of them came off within the 1st week with the rest of them lifting as well). Anyway against my better judgment I came in and got a gel manicure with acrylic and a gel pedicure. Within the days first few days, 2 of my finger nail were already lifting and ended up coming off, the rest came off within a week and a half. As for my pedicure, I don’t know what they do to the gel polish, they must water it down with something because it’s all peeling and coming off on multiple toes. To make matters worse they filed my my toenails down so much when removing my previous gel polish my 3rd toe completely just came off and all I have is skin now and I have to wait for a new nail to grow out. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and never had this kind of things happen. The acrylic they use is either cheap or has something mixed in it, same with the gel polish because it shouldn’t just be peeling off like it is. A waste of money and time. Fo not be scammed like I was.
