I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Nike Clearance Store Woodbridge. Looks like there’s certain products were being kept out of reach of regular customers, while some of the bulk buyers seemed to have exclusive access. Or should I just say backboard. As I saw, the employees were giving multiple pairs of Kobe’s hand by hand to the Asian bulk buyer and they been doing it multiple times. Which is extremely unfair to other customers who just want a fair chance to buy a pair of shoe.
Also, I have talked with the store manager about what I saw and it was very unfair for other customers that are not in the “backdoor” program. But the manager was like “nah we not doing that, there’s no such thing in my store”. So it seems like the manager is in the “backdoor” program with that Asian bulk buyer.
As we know, Nike are not allow to backboard bulk buyers. But it happens at Woodbridge and they were working together. Really need an explanation and solution from Nike. Recommend getting new manager and new employees and ban all the backboard bulk buyers. I’ll be making phone calls to Nike headquarters about this situation in WOODBRIDGE.

This store truly disappointed me. I saw a salesperson directly handing all the shoes to an Asian reseller. I also saw that Asian person constantly texting the salesperson, which was infuriating. I suspect the manager might have also become part of the reseller's team. This is so different from the Nike I remember. I didn't see any salespeople restocking the shelves; all I saw were shoes being taken out for resellers, and no one else was allowed to touch them. I'm incredibly disappointed that the Nike I knew has . That’s chosen buyers. Back door only

If you aren't a small or medium, good luck finding any clothing. I occasionally saw a large but not many. The entire store has been extremely disappointing since the full outlet transition.

Very nice store. We went as family and bought 10 pairs of Nike shoes. One important thing about this store is goods once sold cannot be returned. So plan to spend enough time to try and chose the correct size you need.

Alan checked us out at the cash register and he was great! Very friendly and he folded our clothes so nicely. You can tell her genuinely cares about your experience.

They would not let me try on any clothes without leaving my bag from another store outside of the dressing room. Mind you it was only one small sheer bag from TJ Maxx. I don’t want to leave my stuff unattended and it doesn’t feel good to be treated like I was going to steal. I just left without trying on or buying anything.

Very disappointed at the store for not utilizing the handicap dressing room properly. I was at the store with my 4 months old baby in a stroller, i found a few pieces of clothing I would likely to try on. I asked the associates if I could use the handicap dressing room but I was told I CANNOT use it not because I’m not disabled but because there are equipments stored in the dressing room. I mean… why having a handicap dressing room if you are just using it as storage room! So eventually I left without trying on anything. DO BETTER!
