Whenever I'm near an Old Navy store I always pop in to grab a few things. Mostly to look and see what they have on sale and clearance. I always make my way to the undergarments section.This location was well put together. By that, I mean that every section was actually put together in a manner that it was easy to browse. I made my way through the sections and found exactly what I was looking for.The only problem here is the congestion around the registers. Unlike other stores, this Old Navy actually had more than one register open. But just because that was the case, it didn't make the transaction any faster. Add to that, the employees that were working, were not pleasant. They seemed bothered to have to be working.

Messy store everywhere. Service worse. Stood in line waiting for Hannah to ask for more help. Nope. I had to request another person up front. Plenty of people working. Not sure what they do but finally someone came up to help. Very poorly run store.

Excellent customer service. Went there to pickup item I had ordered online. Due to an error on my part, a couple items were sent to another location, they were able to tell me which location and provided phone # & address. They attempted to have items sent to a location of my choice however at the time, that particular store was closed. Ladies were awesome (sorry I don’t remember names)! Keep up the amazing work!

The Manager’s assistant THERESA, Was disrespectful and refused to assist me or have the cashier(staff) checkout. I entered the store at 8:35 Pm and got one shirt, and was about to go through the normal checkout process.She discriminated against me and called the police.I feel bad for her staff as she had ZERO customer service skills. Old navy you have lost a loyal customer.The there were approximately 4 more people browsing and checking out.I need someone from the management or Old navy cooperate to call me or reach out so I can tell the story and no one will go through this unfortunate situation. Me and my wife were disappointed.You guys will lose your business having her as an employee.

Really bad customer service, the employees seem very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Went to check out today and just stood there . There was 3 people up front and no one helped me .1 of 2 of the women made quick eye contact with me and continued to ignore me. It was a really uncomfortable experience. Will not be returning. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Kudos to this locations staff and management! I arrived at the store today when it opened and was greeted very warmly by the staff! Throughout my shopping experience I was offered assistance and helped by multiple staff on the sales floor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The cashiers did a great job greeting and answering questions. The location was very clean and organized. I even had to call the store and let management know they are doing great! Such a pleasant trip to Old Navy keep up the great work guys!

Visited the store, it’s busy so the store inventory all over the place at times reflects that, but they just need staff to walk the floor to fix that occasionally … checkout was quick.
