I LOVE this Old Navy! They have amazing sales and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. I went the day after Christmas and they pointed me towards the best deals and clearance racks. The store is also very well kept. Definitely a shopping fave!

It always seems there are better deals online than in the store. Sales never match up with online sales and they won't honor online pricing.

Half my wardrobe is old navy, really good shirt designs for people who like art on the back of the shirt and a little emblem on the front. That’s my staple. But love how if they don’t have your size, you can have them ship it to your house! And if you become a rewards member, it’s actually the more you spend, the more you save, it’s not a trap

Size range has gone way downhill, not just in store but also online/order for pick-up. Prices have gone up, too. This specific location had good, fast service at the register, but the brand as a whole brought this rating way down.

So nice to see women older then 35 years old working. Lisa and her co-worker were so kind and helpful to me---vs the kids who sit on their phones and don't have time of day for anyone. Boy have the generations changed.... for the worse. Thank you Lisa and your kind co-worker!!!

Good selection, maintaining safety policies. It’s difficult to track down the sale prices! They have some great quality product, but often too expensive regular prices!
