I was at this store to buy bras, like I have for 30 years. As I was trying a few on, an employee loudly scolded me for being in the fitting room and demanded that give her everything I had in there. I asked if I could pass them under the door so I could put my shirt back on. There were no signs saying that you had to tell an associate if you wanted to try items on, and the fitting room doors were unlocked and said vacant. It was a busy day, and there was a long line at checkout, so they wouldn’t have been able to assist anyway. When I came out everyone standing in line nearby was staring. I was mortified, publicly shamed, and treated like I had nefarious intent, just trying on bras. I left in tears. I will never be back.

Sadly, the manager would not give me a military discount, because I did not have a veterans card with me. I did however, have proof on ID me, which is a secure government site that proves military status.

Very very poor customer serviceOne store I will never enter or refer anyone toI bought something I can’t try it on in the store took it home tried it, it’s small checked the time they close is 9pm I got there at 8:20pm they’ve close. I asked to talk with the manger only for her to come and get mad at me. Seriously?!
