Cheapest engraving service in the metropolitan area!!!!! On the spot, same day service; super convenient and extremely fast! I drove from Herndon to Woodbridge for the great price and same day service. The other places wanted to charge me expensive rush charges and to charge me by the character. I checked each option and one stop wound up being 1/5 of the competitors’ cost with no hassle or wait time. I highly recommend this service and will continue to use this engraving company for work plaques and awards, and will also be returning for custom t-shirts for team work events and at Christmas for ornaments with my kids pictures to mark the season. Thank you so much for the great product and service. I greatly appreciate it and look forward to being a repeat customer.

I initially dropped off two items to be customized, with somewhat of a rush on getting them done, on 17 April 2024 as they were departure gifts for co-workers. After a little delay on my end, I provided a clear breakdown of work on 21 April for three items, having added one to the original two. I received no proactive communication and had to call if I wanted an update. On about the third call, I provided some leeway that I needed one item completed ASAP, and the others could wait a bit. I was told it would be done the weekend of 11/12 May. On 23 May, I called to see how many items were ready and was told, "Oh, I thought that order was on hold." I waited until after the Memorial Day weekend to see if at least the critical item was done, but when I stopped by in person on 29 May, nothing was done. I picked up my items since they hadn't been started and will now need to mail the items to the departed co-workers due to the massive delay. I cannot recommend, nor will my company and I be using, this establishment.

I needed several personalized tumblers for teacher appreciation week, to gift by Friday, and I didn’t start looking until the last minute!! I found reviews for One Stop and knew it was the only chance I had at getting my tumblers done in time to gift. I went to One Stop Wednesday morning. Greg was patient when explaining my options, even as I had to make a few changes throughout the process regarding the design I wanted and what tumblers were in stock. Greg had my tumblers ready to pick up by Thursday lunch time. I so appreciate the customer service I received at One Stop and it will be my go-to from now on.

I have been coming to them for a few years and every time that I come no matter how small or big, Greg puts the same high attention to detail and provides one of the most professional products each time. 10.30am... Needed an engraved plaque for a bench, left it late and really needed it in a hurry. I called Greg at ONE STOP, one email later he was on the case. By 2.30 I had the item in hand... what a gentleman. I never knew this shop was here, but he really does have a little bit of everything here. Hip flasks, ammo cans, plaques, trophies, embroidered apparel...... anything and everything custom.. this place has it. Will be back for a custom ammo can, a hip flask and some embroidered shirts for our business. Great little place and super service.

Amazing work that is timely and affordable. I ordered two military plaques here as gifts for teammates that were departing. Both were done very quickly, looked amazing, and came at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this location for any custom work that you need done.
