I love this gym! The staff is always nice and the place is super clean. I highly recommend taking the group fitness classes! They are amazing. Especially if you are a beginner at the gym.

Gym is great...only 2 things I can say I don't like... They only have 1 Pec deck machine and it's always occupied by someone with their face buried on their phone...the gym should have atleast 3 because of the amount of members. Second issue is the males bathroom. It is clean but there is a consistent smell of rott always lingering. Maybe the pipes? Idk but cleaning isn't fixing the smell issue.

I honestly thought this was a really good gym til I went to the OneLife in Stafford. The machines and equipment at the one in stafford are wayyyy better than here. It took them 10 years just to add one hack squat machine. With how expensive this gym is they need to start reinvesting it back into the equipment. Not to mention the one in stafford has massage beds, kids club, jacuzzi, salt water pool, basketball court, two turfs, and a explosive fitness area. This gym said they were doing renovations just for them to only paint the walls. Great community here but the equipment is severely lacking. GET RID OF THE HOIST MACHINES

I been member of this community for over 13 years, this was a number one sport and health club before, now it’s not same anymore. All the customer service, management is wonderful, but if you want successful business you must change evening shifts (cleaning lady). She break the sauna, she does not clean the bathroom properly. We don’t know how long she works there but all she does is she stays at a room, does not clean, just throw trash and go home.. She is nice with me but she always fight and argue with other customers. That’s all, Thank you and have a good day.

I would like to express my honest feedback regarding my experience as a long-term paying member at this gym. Over the past 2+ years, I've encountered some issues that have prevented me from giving a higher rating. Firstly, several of the air vents appear to be quite dirty, which raises concerns about the air quality within the facility, impacting my health.Additionally, I've noticed that some of the cable equipment has missing attachment rings, and the attachments themselves are often in poor condition. This affects the overall quality of my workouts and the equipment's usability. If there were a better gym available in my area, I might consider switching, but unfortunately, that isn't the case, leaving me with limited options.As I approach the annual fee payment, it would be greatly appreciated if the management could address these concerns and complaints. I've noticed that the generic response on Google merely directs me to call the review, which doesn't always lead to a meaningful resolution. Given my experiences, I would caution others against signing up at this gym if alternative options are available.

Update: tried to email the manager and the address is not found.Was ok when I joined, still rude but had some ok equipment. Equipment is very old and crusty. Bad customer service. Difficult to find info on classes. Overcrowded and smells bad. They had some renovations and I couldn’t use any of the equipment that I wanted because there’s a line. They don’t have a protein bar or any snacks. I am going to be cancelling this gym membership.

If you’re thinking about going to this gym, PLEASE DO NOT. Yesterday was my first and last day in this gym. I’ve had the most horrible experience ever. Their customer service is 0. The employees and staff are terrible. They need to hire better people if they want their customers to stay there longer. They’re extremely rude and doesn’t care about their customers. If I could, I would give this place 0. CANCEL UR MEMBERSHIPS NOW AND GO TO A BETTER GYM CAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT.

I canceled the gym membership in mid august, they still charged me $49 for the new month. Be cautious when you applied for the gym membership at this gym, they made signing up especially easy and made cancelling the membership really hard and extremely complicated. You cannot cancel it directly from the website, and you may not even cancel successfully when you use the "Contact Us" link on their website.

Coming from Nokesville to here was a huge change. Front desk needs more training in customer service. The personal training staff, atrocious. If they don't take care of themselves, how will they take care of you. Gym is clean, about the only thing it has going for it.The pre workout selection, well there is none. No wonder so many ppl in the locker room talk about how they dislike this gym.Thursday Aug 31 2023 6:52am, dude at the front desk should find another job other than bothering ppl trying workout.

This gym is decent. The time of day I come to work out and the equipments I tend to use are usually available and not that busy. The machines seems to be maintained. The staff seems pretty cool to me, although I come do my workout and leave, I haven’t had to interact with anyone.Recently I noticed a lot of very young children at the gym and I’m not crazy about the idea of children being at the gym. In the locker room there tend to be grown women showering and changing in the locker area and people’s children in the same space, this is weird and gross to me…just my opinion. Other than this, the gym is cool.

This is a fantastic facility unfortunately I can’t say the same about the member services provided. Recently I was told I was overdue on payment so I paid the balance I was told that was due. Upon coming home I found a letter telling me my balance is up to date and I have no payments until the following month so I thought no big deal I’ll call to see if I can get a refund. What should be a quick issue resolved, I instead have to email their customer support and was told they are unable to process a refund at the location. Essentially they can take your money with no problems but when they make a mistake they are as useful as a rock in a swimming contest. I’m still waiting to hear back from their customer service for my refund. This is the first and only gym I’ve had a membership at that makes it this difficult to correct an error that was not even my fault to begin with. I didn’t expect to pay $10-$30 more than the local competitors just to deal with more incompetence than any other local gym. Depending how this refund process goes will determine how I proceed with my membership.A week has passed since I posted my initial review and yeah don’t come to this gym. It is a clown show. I’ve gone in person, over the phone, and have had email correspondence and it seems there is not attention from members service as the only response I received was my balance is up to date and nothing else. Going in person has been a joke as the manager was too busy tk even give me their time. A week has past and not a single person at this facility have attempted to help or correct their mistake. The front desk can offer nothing but say let me see if I can get a manager and the managers are too busy trying tk get more people into this terrible gym. DO NOT get a membership here there are better facilities with just as nice equipment for much less. In reality my review would be 0/5 stars but google does not allow it

I went to join, and I can’t believe how rude the light skin short lady (GM) that was at the front! She was beyond rude and was laughing at me to the others at the front with her and made it obvious. She also gave me dirty looks! I almost left w/o joining. She then walked behind me clearly trying to antagonize me. Disgusting behavior and terrible customer service. However Evelyn was nice. I don’t ever want to deal with that again!

As same as the recent review Joshua made they also charged me randomly and didnt know why either after talking to different customer service reps. I got an invoice saying my credit card isnt getting charged but they charged me 99$ and then 19.99 then another 19.99 for no reason? I had to deal with it essentially. On top of that they removed the basketball court but still charge you the same amount of money. Sadly wont be continuing my membership here. (The air in the gym is nice though)
