Luis and the team saved my Halloween. My alternator gave out on 95 and I coasted into the O'Reilly parking lot. The team diagnosed my problem right away and jumped me multiple times to get me to a local mechanic. I thought I'd miss trick-or-treating for my 5 kids, but Luis even gave me a ride to get home in time! They saved me hundreds of dollars in towing and uber expenses and helped save one of my favorite holidays with little kids. Professional and kind. What more do you want?!

O’relly is opening a new store in Mathis Ave Manassas but it seem that they do not care about the neighbourhood and community they’ve chosen not to respect its neighbour's, businesses and place worship by blocking the whole parking with no work going on and when people talk to them about problems they arrogantly with racist and force continue to do what they want to do. It is not a good start by losing customers if you wanted to do business in a community and neighbourhood.

I like Oreilys, but this manager, Ray, in the dumfries store is a joke. He Ordered the wrong part and I ended up wasting a whole day because of it. The other associates there are also a joke. They Know very little about cars. Do yourself a favor and visit the stafford location on 17

I want to say that Luis was SUPER professional and displayed the damn near perfect customer service with me by phone. I was looking to see if my oil filter was available and he took the initiative to get one order and delivered to my Waldorf location without any issues! EXCELLENT SERVICE Luis! ????Thank again for not having an attitude and understanding how to deal with a customer!.It's feel great to be able to call and speak to someone that's friendly but to the point and know how to get things done!

One of the untrusted store in the US, selling one thing and charging you for another, when you return that back to the store waiting for 30 min and get nothing. To be honest i really don’t like this store and will never compare this to AutoZone

I have an older car with bayonet-type wiper arms as seen in the bottom of the photo. It is difficult to find wiper blades that fit this antique wiper arm. The J-hook wiper arm on the top of the photo is more common.The Trico wiper blades that I had purchased from O'Reilly in Blue Springs, Missouri, were loose and not adequately wiping the rain from my windshield. When I arrived in Woodbridge, Virginia, on July 9, 2022, I stopped at the local O'Reilly to return the wiper blades and to find more suitable blades.When I asked for a refund or exchange, the evening shift supervisor became combative and did his best to ensure that my experience will be unpleasant. He reluctantly agreed that I had a valid receipt and warranty from O'Reilly in Blue Springs, and challenged me to pick out replacement wiper blades. When I found two bayonet-mount wiper blades in the store, he insisted that he can find better blades and proceeded to open two sets of more expensive wiper blades that did not fit my wiper arms. When I successfully installed one of the bayonet wiper blades that I had selected, he belittled me for needing to read the installation instructions and insisted on installing the second blade without reading the instructions. During his installation, he managed to break one of the only two bayonet wiper blades in the store that fit my car.When I told the shift supervisor that I'd like to drive home with the one intact wiper blade, he insisted that every exchange or refund of wiper blades had to be done in pairs. He then removed the remaining bayonet wiper blade from my car, processed my refund and left me to drive away without wiper blades at night in drizzly weather.Another employee in the store was a young Black woman. She was professional and assisted in processing my refund. She apologized to me for the way I was being treated.Luckily, I was able to drive across the street to Advance Auto Parts, purchase new wiper blades and make it home safely. I wish the best for the young woman at O'Reilly in Woodbridge. She is a wonderful employee and I will return to O'Reilly if she is available to assist me with my purchases.

Came into the store today (6pm). While looking for an item, an interesting conversation ensued.“Fu*k White people.” This person, assuming the manger, was having a conversation with his girlfriend over the phone. The person making the comment and his girlfriend continued the make racial comments and started talking about buying weed.The black lady behind the counter was professional and tried changing the conversation.Please do better and be mindful of your surroundings.

William at woodbridge location! was amazing !!! excellent customer service!!! It was pouring down rain and I really needed windshield wipers replaced however I did not know how to install them. He was happy to help me even after having to switch out the adapters for the new blades to comply with my vehicle. For free ! Will be back here for all my auto parts needs !
