This party city had really bad customer service. I wanted some balloons filled with helium and it seemed like one specific worker(manger I think) there was annoyed that I brought balloons to be filled up. Could have been nicer towards customers but has an attitude.

This is usually not my experience here but terrible service the last few months. I have an understanding for being short staff but when the staff looks at you like you did something wrong for coming in for your balloon order smh! The employee just looked at me so I said hey how are you? Still just looking at me. Zero communication - I pointed at my order that wasn’t blown up yet and she proceeded to slowly walk towards the tank.

If you are looking to have a party or make a decoration, and buy balloon decorations, ? recommended those who serve are very efficient and professional, they even help you combine the colors.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE—I generally always order balloons for my kids birthday from this location, but NEVER AGAIN. I placed an online order and only received half of it—when I called to try to get my refund, the manager said I had to come in person. When my husband showed up before closing to pick up the missing items, the associate was annoyed because of the time—my husband explained our kids were waiting and was trying to accelerate the exchange because we were on our way home for bedtime and she told him “your kids should be more important, we could have taken care of this later”. Who says that?!?!? Completely appalled at the lack of customer service and the fact that behavior like that is tolerated in the workplace—NEVER purchase from such a rude and unprofessional establishment.

Staff are usually busy is other isles causing a line upfront and long wait times.I know staffing is an issue for most companies right now but perhaps just keeping eye on the front at all times would be helpful

Have been coming here since I was a kid and it’s really gone down hill, no wonder they are balancing on bankruptcy! Read some of the reviews, and then read responses, just a generic response telling them to call a 1-800 number.

Been shopping this store since they opened!!! This trip was for lots of pink decorations, a Sweet 16 piñata, and lots of candles. My twins turned 16, so we turned the backyard pink and invited 50+ guests. Great place to find serving pieces and matching napkins and plates.

Horrible communication and customer service. I placed an order and called an hour after I should have been able to pick up, justly be told they were behind because they got busy. I totally understand getting busy, but If you have an online system which allows for scheduled pickup that should be taken care of first before walk-ins. My order was for an hour after store opening, and for only 5 balloons. The woman I spoke with didn’t even care to check my specific order she just kept telling me they were busy and I’d get an email. I reiterated I know I’m supposed to get an email that’s why I was calling in the first place because I hadn’t received one and it was an hour after my selected pick up time. She said “they will get done today” when I asked when she thought that would be (she still didn’t check my order number) she just told me to wait and hour and look for an email. I’ll be using a different party supply store from now on for balloons after this.

Amazing customer service, after balloon deliver did not properly secure ballon’s during delivery and balloons flew away before we could get them. I spoke with a manager at party city explaining what happened and they quickly redid my order and delivered before the party started. So happy they were able redo my order and deliver so quickly. The manager and sales associates were kind and very apologetic considering it wasn’t their fault. Very happy with their service will continue to order balloons from there.

I went in last week just to fill up 1 ballon for my kids birthday as i’m standing at the counter the ladies working there didn’t even acknowledge us and one of them started writing on a paper that they were closed, since i was there before they put up the sign that they weren’t doing anymore orders i asked if they were able to just fill up my ONE small balloon and they responded very rudely no because they had an online order to do and that the whole store was closed at literally 1pm in the afternoon. One lady also spoke very rudely to a man asking if he could buy a display ballon she was basically yelling at him i understand displays aren’t available to buy but that’s no way to talk to a customer. Very disappointed
