Ashley was amazing! After having a not so fun experience last time I came here, I decided to come back and give Pep Boys another shot. Ashley eased my mind and was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. After experiencing her amazing hospitality, I will definitely be coming back here to get my car serviced.

Got my car’s wheel balancing done, went to the pepboys 3 times back and forth but my car’s getting worse each time i visit em, definitely not worth it, wasted my money.

Worst experience I’ve ever had!
They scheduled an appointment for me, but when I showed up, the front desk guy just said, “Sorry, the tech already left.” I was understanding and asked about coming the next day. He assured me the tech would be there and rescheduled me. I left work again and showed up, only to be told the exact same thing—the tech had already left. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time.

I was greeted very professionally and was told in detail everything about the service I inquired about. I was given a diagnosis, I agreed on the recommendations, and service was rendered in a timely time. They went over again everything that was done and I'm very pleased. I truly recommend this location.

The mechanic put the wrong part on my vehicle- took my car to another shop and they had to fix it.
I gave 2 stars because the nice person who answered the phone.
I will not go back here!
Lastly, the outside of this place looks terrible. 😞

Devante's service and performance was outstanding. He should be placed in positions of higher authority. I was told that my car repairs would take half the business day and Devante delivered my vehicle by lunchtime, which saved me a tremendous amount on personal transportation. Devante is ready for higher levels of management.
