Ashley took care of me at the front desk and made sure I got the proper services for my tire installation and alignment. She was incredibly knowledgeable and quick and took care of every question and even found me a discount that could be applied. Will definitely be coming back to service my car here as long as Ashley is at the desk!Service was tire installation and alignment on a 2011 X5

Scammers!!! I purchased a set of 4 tires for my 2022 Accord from this service center. One of the tires was faulty, so I went back some days later to request a replacement. However, their manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, refusing to listen to my concerns and resorting to profanity during the altercation!

Very poor management and zero customer service. I had appointment for my car oil change, drive 10 miles and I reached 10 min earlier. The guy told me we have two car tires service before you most probably will take to two hours. I said do I need to wait 2 hours he replied yes sirrrrrre. I said our time is not cheaper like you bye. I came to JL and changed oil in 15 min. Do not go and never recommended the PB

I had no idea that Pep Boys shut down their parts stores and just left the service area going by itself. My oil change and tire rotation was fine. I hope that if/ when Auto Zone takes over the parts store, they improve the physical appearance and comfort of the service area. New furniture, a vending machine or two and a coffee maker would have improved my "Customer experience" to get to a fifth star.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment almost two weeks ahead of time. Went to the 8am apt and they did not even have the battery I purchased online to install. Will not use there services any time soon.

Had a terrible experience with DEVANTRE today. I made an appointment for battery installation two days ago. When I went in today, I was told they didn’t have the battery. Why would you not contact if you didn’t have the part for the appointment?. Wasted my time and my car battery is still dead. I was also kicked out of the store when I question why I wasn’t contacted and DEVANTRE got aggressive.
