PNC Lakeridge has been our family bank for over 10 years. After their consolidation, we now use the Woodbridge location and are very happy with their customer service. Mr. Fayaz has been caring for our family’s financial needs and are pleased with his care and attention. Thank you for your help! -Sheila Rahman & Family

Service members drive down to Navy Fed this bank isn’t worth your time their employees will do half of their job and then put the blame on the customer.

Even though I live in Springfield, I love the customer service here. Brandon and the other female employees were very professional and polite, and they understood and helped me addressed my concern.

Magna & Brandon were super helpful, especially during this pandemic. They were so kind and made me feel like things were almost back to normal. Plus they were able to resolve all of my issues! Thank you!!

This is the BEST bank I've ever worked with. I've been with them for almost a decade. The bank manager has called me to see if I'm happy, or if there's anything I need to do. They're always happy, friendly and accommodating. Never had any issues with them.

I've come to this bank many times and every time I come I see almost the same people. Granted the people are nice however, kinda lazy or at least not what I'm use to. As soon as I walked in, the branch manager (I'm assuming) was behind the teller line on his cellphone (as He always is whenever I come), one teller was on his phone, and the other woman was assisting someone via telephone. The teller who was on his phone asked me to wait for the woman who was already assisting someone while he just jumped right back onto his phone. Being familiar with bank etiquettes and such, this is such a bad look for the representation of the bank. I only come to this branch because of the convenience of it being so close to my house. But honestly I'm considering going elsewhere for better customer service.

I was referred to John Butler by Kim (who at the time was working at the Woodbridge branch) at this branch and she told me he could help me refinance. To make a long story short I explained that I had been given names of two loan officers and neither has returned my phone calls. It had been at least a month. Well John seemed nice, he asked me some questions seemed to be on the ball (I have yet to have a good experience with PNC BANK!!) I thought this was where the customer service experience was gonna change. I explained my loan situation, and that we were looking to refinance. He asked some questions and I answered his questions. He sounded excited, that he could possible help. He then realized that we do not have a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loan and told me that home prices would have to go up in order for us to refinance. This was on April 5th at 4:34PM. I responded on April 5th at 5:10PM, and asked some additional questions the same day and I heard nothing. Then again on April 18th I sent another email asking about my questions and nothing. It may seem kind of trivial that not much time has passed but I had explained to Kim that the Branch in Woodbridge referred me to TWO different loan officers initially and no one had called me back in over a month. I left one message with the loan officer in Woodbridge and Two messages with the loan officer in Manasses. John seemed to quickly jump on it when he thought he could modify the loan, but as soon as there were problems there has been no communication. I am trying to find out what is going happen to my interest only loan when the (ARM) is up in about two years. None of the current government programs can help adjust our mortgage, because they are not with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. PNC in my opinion thus far has been a crappy bank to deal with, zero customer service etiquette in even something as basic as returning a phone call or an email. In the least PNC, if my questions are not something your loan officers are equipped to deal with on a regular basis, at least have the decency, respect and common sense to get back to your customer and point them in the right direction. Instead it has very much felt that there is no commission for your loan officers that they don't want to "waste" their time helping customers such as myself. I would also like to note that I have had bad customer service in the past, however, I have always just complained about it and moved on, I have never in my entire life had such crappy customer service that I have felt the need to write a complain. So in two years when the bank asks why we didn't come for help sooner, I will happily show them my emails and tell them I did, but PNC was not there to help their customers. Directly from your website. "Caring about people is the foundation of our company's culture." Really?......Could have fooled me! Sincerely A Pissed Off Customer

You can't call the branch. Calling their number gets you to an overloaded call center with a more than a ten minute hold time.
