The team there is honest, does excellent work, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It’s rare to find an automotive shop you can trust completely, but Prime Automotive has earned that trust. I recently purchased a used vehicle and wanted an alignment after getting new tires. Mark checked the car out and found it was still within spec and offered to just charge a small fee or dial in the alignment for the regular price. He is very honest, not many mechanics would do the same! I still went ahead and got the alignment done for peace of mind and he performed the work in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to bring my car here, I will be returning for my car service needs.
