Thank you for keeping the property so clean! I had to dig through many boxes of old sheet music that have been stored for years, and expected to encounter some bugs. (After all, they love cardboard boxes and glue.) After several days of working, haven't spotted a single critter. Says something about how well the property is maintained. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Public Storage recently. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, helped me choose the right unit, and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained. I'm happy I chose Public Storage and would definitely recommend it to others!

My unit has a water leak and it the water getting in my stuff, it’s horrific and they won’t do anything about it, been over a month and nothing was done. Don’t rent here!!!!!!

They are the worst eventhough I was out on the 1st of May they want to charge me 365 for a unit I'm not using vacated from and I left the lock there to so I'm looking to contact the better buisness bureau and the ftc these are who we as consumers go to.

Staff was very friendly willing to help. We ended up getting 2 storage units, but they were on opposite sides of the site and he moved things around where both units were right next to each other made our lives very easy.
