I can almost guarantee that 90% of these reviews are not real. This place is really bad. They new they had mold issues, they new that they were charging for climate control, yet they admitted that they don't really control the climate. In the summer they let it get REALLY hot, and they don't care if you complain. They refuse to keep the temperature at a reasonable level. The lady told me to buy a dehumidifier. Wait, what? They tied the back gate together with rope, so homeless people were coming on the property. My unit was downstairs, and I could see and SMELL that someone had urinated on the wall right next to the unit. They never would clean it up.

I wouldn’t rent from here. Look at other storage facilities.
They said the indoor units are climate controlled but that’s not true. A lot of my furniture has mold on it. I filed a claims through their insurance that you must purchase and only offered $250 with a $100 deductible for a $2000 sofa/love seat!!
Their orange door policy is a joke!!
Elevators are always breaking down and not meeting city code!!
