Smooth experience overall. I forgot my locker numbers and access codes, but staff verified my ID and helped me access my unit without any issues.💪🏾
One concern: I signed up for 24-hour access, but my billing details later showed otherwise. Since the front desk closes at a certain time, this could have been a problem if I arrived before/after hours.
Also be aware that “$1 first month” promotions include added fees that bring the cost close to the regular rate, which feels misleading. 🤯
It’s been two months since my last visit and my belongings are still secure and in good condition, which I appreciate.💯
I’m just looking forward to moving them out soon.

Shah was amazing and was very helpful! He was very patient with explaining what he would think would be best for my storage needs. I was originally going to go with another storage company but he changed my mind. Definitely ask for him if you need any help!
