I brought in my Yukon to have the front grille replaced, and the entire team was fantastic. My technician, Kevin, was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure the install was flawless--he clearly takes pride in his work. Brian at the front desk gave me excellent customer service, keeping me informed and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, the experience was professional, friendly, and efficient. Going back to have front grille camera installed...Highly recommend!

I originally came to Quality Tire Custom Auto Shoppee looking to buy a replacement set of Mopar wheel locks for my Chrysler 300C because I had misplaced my original wheel lock key. Kevin went above and beyond to help me out.
At first, he was preparing to cut off the bolts to remove the old locks—but just so happened, one of the Mopar wheel lock keys he had in stock perfectly fit my wheels! He was able to remove the old wheel locks and install the new set without any damage.
Not only did Kevin save me time and money, but he also took the time to explain how to order a replacement key directly from Mopar in case I ever lose it again. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—Kevin made what could’ve been a stressful situation quick and easy.

From placing my order over the phone with Brian to Kevin and his team with installation and even helping with adjusting a sagging exhaust tip, the Quality Tire team is top notch they went above and beyond for everything. Highly recommend these guys for your wheel/tire needs. Wanted to add these guys were super chill too had some great conversations with fellow car enthusiast.

i was on the fence about this but the experience doesn't sit right. Staff were polite, but the online info should be updated. Pricing didn’t match what is quoted, which wasted some time. I really hate wasting my time doing research just to find out you haven't updated your website. Is it even in stock? probably not.

Went in because my valve stem was bad, they tried to charge me 75 dollars for a "patch" job. Had to let them get me for 35 usd for looking at it drove to my go to tire shop and within 5 mins they said yup all good just a bad valve stem they inspected/leak tested resealed beads replaced stem and mounted and balanced while checking my other 3 tires for 25 bucks.....outside of new tires and rims which they prolly overcharge for aswell I'd recommend STAYING AWAY.
Reply to owner: you left out the part you employee said they did find a leak and the patch price was still as stated prior,so then and there they knew it was a valve stem why wouldn't he have told me such? still even though I would have still said no because of the price,but i wouldnt have left a review in that instance, I only said no when he said yes they found a leak because the price was alot higher then my local shop who's been in business just as long or longer so guess they found the magic to keep reasonable prices with honest open conversation with customers..
Only plus the staff was very friendly

Came there about four years ago to get tires mounted on my rims , when I got there Jeff said something to the young guy and price changed by 50 dollars more and they made me the last customer before they closed. I can tell something wasn’t right because the guys set my rims and tires outside like they were laughing at me , I took that disrespect from Jeff and brain , never will I do business there again, Mr jack was the man .maybe Jeff felt like I was trying to rush him because it started soon I ask how long would this take and wind up waiting four hours and notice other people came in after me and got service and left before me , it’s cool did business with this shop for year. Just had a bad experience, now I own my own rim and tint shop in Maryland.
