The teriyaki sauce is bad, the yum yum sauce isn’t sweet. It used to be better idk what happened. & they were being skimpy with everything. Go to a different quikway

The quality of the meat (the beef, but especially the chicken) is not good. The combo comes with "vegetables," which means cabbage and a single slice of carrot. The noodles were spaghetti noodles.

DO NOT COME HERE 1. Sauce was clearly watered down. Think of the texture of water but orange. (Manager told me that's how it always comes) I could see the hurt in his eye when he said that lie2. Rice was either stale or not cooked long enough 3. Food was a 1/10 should have went to McDonalds 4. Had to argue with the manager to get my refund. Was told "don't come back" after I got my refund after being nothing but respectful. If I could give it 0 stars I truly would. No idea how this place is still open.Food is pre cooked and left in corner of grill they do this with seafood as well which as you may know could send you to the hospitalCheers

Why did the older lady's thumb touch my rice b/c of the way she was holding the container. Everyone handling food should wear GLOVES. Sheesh! You've been in business for years and should know this!!

I always order carry out, I love their chicken and beef teriyaki. I never get it with the the shrimp, one day I was feeling spicy and decided to get all 3. I don't regret however I'm not much of a seafood person. Ill just stick to my usual, my boyfriend is obsessed with their rolls and anything that has to do with this place.Kid-friendliness: My kids are picky eaters, however they love this place.

If I could give no stars, I would. For starters, the food I ordered(teriyaki chicken) was completely raw. I called the restaurant multiple times just to get hung up on. When someone finally answered they had told me there was no manager there and to call the next day. When I called the next day I would continue to get hung up on. When I finally got in contact with the “assistant manager” he told me to call my bank to handle the issue and that he could not do anything about the issue due to the policy being 1-2 days after the incident. After he said this he hung up on me. This is horrible customer service as it was not my fault a manager was not on duty for almost a week, and everyone would continue to hang up the phone on me. So long story short, I spent $15 for one tray to not be able to eat it and for no one to care they served me and my child raw chicken. Not sure why this dude is “assistant manager” when he can’t solve a problem and blatantly does not care about the customer service he’s giving out.

I come here more than I'd like to admit when I'm in the area. This place is consistently good and portion size is too. Only come for the teriyaki beef or chicken. That's it. Don't get the sushi. Don't get the egg roll. Don't get the tempura. You get the teriyaki beef or chicken or both. That's it. Rice or noodles and veggies. Do this at this location and you're good. Don't eat here unless you have to. Take it home.It's quick takeaway food. Do not expect anything more and you'll have a good meal.
