While the need to have have work done was not a choice....having the work done at L & M (formerly Rams) was. Ownership has changed but the service and quality remains top notch. I recently had some body work done on my vehicle after a minor accident and I am pleased with the reparations that L&M completed. They were thorough and did not accept a scratched replacement bumper from the manufacturer when it arrived - to me that is a sign of a genuine, professional company. Even though it took a little longer for my car to be finished due to that little delay, it was worth it for everything to be done properly. I am grateful for their service and recommend their work for future services.

Best Auto Repair Body Shop I have ever encountered. From minor damage to major damage. Repairs are professionally done, outstanding customer service. GO ELSEWHERE!If you love professionalism and constant communication throughout the process, this isn’t the place for you. I’m not an angry or revengeful customer, I’m an extremely fair person because I know the value of good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience here is not the greatest. I used Ram’s through my insurance company. They completed my work as normal but with no communication of when my car would be ready and never mentioned when they would start. No phone calls of progress to me and I had to call daily for updates. Once the work was done, there were still flaws in the paint. I had to get the shop to complete more buffing. A couple of months later, I took my car to Honda for an alignment and they noticed there was damage that Rams never repaired. $5K for the repairs at Honda which Ram’s denies ever knowing about. I don’t understand why Rams wouldn’t want the work since the insurance company would pay for it. Nope! They said the damage was never there on their end. The damage was on the under carriage. This place needs an upgrade big time. They use this unknown mechanic next door that you’ll no nothing about and will park your car in an adjacent lot that looks abandoned.
