Today’s visit is my 2nd MRI at the Woodbridge location. Everything went well on both visits. Appointment was on time. Technician was great and the staff was great. No problems at all.Thanks for everything

First, I think many of the older negative reviews may have been from the prior company that Rayus purchased/merged with (Insight Imaging). My experience was great! Scheduling was a breeze, the receptionists were friendly, professional and expeditious with check-in. My tech, Peter, was also professional and friendly.

They were late but told us to be there 30 minutes early. Everyone in the wait room with us was seen late. A person even came in for their appointment and was told they never had an appointment with them, but was told yes on the phone. The person who saw my mother rushed her completely and did not help her out the door, mind you she is in her 60’s with a big boot on, and can barely walk. Drove an hour for this.

I called to set an appointment to have an X-ray done today 12/4/23. I have always got an appointment but today whoever answered the phone said I did not need to make an appointment to do this. I have never since I've been going to Rayus not have an appointment. I told the caller I did not want to drive to fairfax from Triangle without having an appointment. She hung up in my face. I called again, and when I got a caller, my call was hung up. I will not be going to Rayus anymore.

Patient care 100% ! I was scheduled for a shoulder MRI today and was introduced to my tech Peter. From start to finish he was nothing short of amazing. He respected the fact that I was very nervous and did not make me feel like a burden at all! He communicated with me during the actual scan its self. If I ever need to have an MRI done again , I will be requesting Peter. Also the front desk was very pleasant from start to finish.

BEWARE! Their quotes are lower than what they'll actually charge, even without insurance. I was quoted $610 for an MRI, and assumed after insurance adjustments it might be around $400-$500 – instead, it was **$2,298** and after insurance adjustments it was $673. They're scamming patients by charging far more than they quote.

They'll charge more than they quote, even after insurance quotes. I was charged 300% more than they quoted, and even after insurance adjustments it was still significantly more than my quote. Avoid these folks.

I made an appointment for 4:10 and was told to show up 15 minutes before to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 3:55 and filled out paperwork. At about 4:50 I went up to the counter and asked how much longer and she said 25 minutes. I said that would mean I’ll have been waiting for well over an hour. She told me my appointment was at 4:45. And I told her no, it’s at 4:10. She said, no I told you 4:10 for paperwork. I said no, you told me 15 minutes before 4:10 and either way it’ll still be over an hour of waiting. The woman just said there’s nothing they can do.

There's a lot of negative reviews for this place, so I wanted to share my experience. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were able to get me an appointment much sooner than any other provider. The receptionists at the office were helpful and friendly, and my wait time from entering the facility to having the MRI performed was minimal. The MRI tech was also very personable and pleasant, and did his best to make me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs to schedule a procedure in a timely manner - most of the other places I tried couldn't see me for at least a month.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I can't speak to the billing department which is where I NORMALLY have all my issues with medical establishments. However, the service was excellent. The front desk staff was nice and polite and my technician was very sweet. She kept asking me if I was nervous and if I needed another pillow or if I was comfortable enough. She even put on some fabulous 80s music for me to listen to. When I tell you I left that MRI feeling ridiculously relaxed like I had just had a 30 minute spa treatment I am NOT LYING! I wish I could come back for an MRI weekly! The only thing i wish they had was free wifi because while i was waiting my phone battery drained while looking for service. Haha 5 stars!

Inconsiderate. Told to arrive early only wait 2 and half hours to be called back. Then the techs debating back and forth amongst themselves as to whether I need to remove my clothes or not for a neck scan. Poor service all around.

I had an MRI performed last night in the Woodbridge location. I had a certain urgency to perform this exam. Last Friday I called several locations suggested by my orthopedic and the next available appointment was in May. I called Rayus and I was able to get an appointment for last night (I had to wait only 3 days). Once there, I checked in and literally waited 5 minute only until the technician Calvin called me in. 25 minutes later I was given a disc and left the place. Everyone was nice and everything went smooth from the start to the end. I recommend to create a profile on their portal and complete all the required paperwork prior to the visit.I strongly recommend Rayus in Woodbridge.

Zero StarsMade a appointment for wed 3:15pm and i was told to come early 30 mins to get the paper work done i reached at 2:15 pm 1hr before so i can get all paperwork done. Time passed 3:15 i asked her why its taking so long appointment was 3:15 she said no ur appointment is 4:30 so they switch my mother appointment without notifying me or anything i been here since 2:30 what kinda service is this Lady who assisted me today was nice at front desk. Please at least try your associates correctlyMu appointment was 3:00 and leaving 5:30. More then 2 hr just wasted 0 stars

I almost always have a great experience at RAYUS formerly insight imaging. Patient techs who make sure you're comfortable and who communicate the entire time. I didn't know they changed their name and I almost went somewhere else since I didn't know who they were. So glad I didn't. I have only panicked once during an MRI and this tech was not friendly. The Woodbridge techs are always so great. Definitely my preferred location hands down. Oh and the receptionist at the front desk starts the tone of your visit. The lady at the Woodbridge office is so pleasant and patient and she's usually juggling the phones also alone and scheduling. She has a great temperament for this job and I hope they appreciate her. I surely did. My most recent was on a Saturday afternoon. Most people get annoyed when having to work on a weekend. This particular team was not. They were great. I left feeling heard and extremely comfortable.
