Regency Moving and Storage recently helped us move out of a house and into an apartment. Real people actually answer their phones, which is a major plus nowadays! They were prompt, professional, and thorough from the time they provided the accurate estimate through the completion of the move, which included reassembling several pieces of furniture. I was very happy with them, and plan to use them again the next time we move! Thanks Regency!

We were very pleased with the service. Cliff the owner was kind and so personable. He treated us like family as soon as he answered the phone to schedule. The men did an amazing job wrapping everything so carefully to make sure nothing got broken. Moses, Damien(?), and Charlie worked tirelessly to get the job done and set up on the back end. Professional crew to say the least! I would definitely used them again. Thank you!

Cliff and his team organized a seamless move for us. I got several moving quotes and their pricing beat the competitors. The team was professional, on time, tidy, and personable. We had about ten days from move out to move in so they stored our furniture. On move in day, again they were on time, professional, tidy, and personable. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service and very fair price. Cliff (the owner) came to my home himself within one week of my initial call and I was moved 250 miles within two weeks of the estimate. Everything as discussed and no damage. The final price was actually less than the estimate. Highly recommend this company!

Regency makes a massively stressful life event like moving much easier to deal with. My family recently used Regency Moving and the process was seamless and easy to navigate. The team showed up, loaded all of our boxes, and followed all our directions for fragile and important items. Everything arrived without a scratch and all we had to do was unpack in our new home. When you're faced with the incredible stress of moving, even if it just across town, count on Regency to make sure your belongings arrive safely and on-time and are put exactly where you want them to be.

Can't say enough good about these folks. The best prices in the area don't mean anything if you don't have good people, and these are great people. Cliff and the team run a tight shift and I couldn't be happier-used them for two moves in the last six months. Best out there!

If I could add zero stars I would. The people they hire for their moves don't speak English so it's really hard for them to understand where to move items. Their customer service is horrendous especially Kelly and the owner Cliff. After our horrendous move we contacted them and instead of trying to resolve the issue they gave us attitude. They finally admitted fault and sent someone to fix the issue after having to send multiple messages. During the move they damaged our rental property and current house and have not filed our insurance claim. I would highly NOT recommend working with this company.
