When the Doc sends the prescription over, they dont automatically fill the prescription.
I need to call them and give a nudge every time. I'm transferring my meds over to CVS!

I went to buy kombucha and saw the Aqua Vitea cans 2 for $4 sale. When I rang it up the sale didn't show. Upon walking back to isle, and bringing the sale tag to the lady, the sale was through Feb 1st. Today is Feb 14. The sale ended 2 weeks ago and the tag was still hanging there. Nice job Safeway. I wonder if their food stuffs are two weeks expired like their sale tags. Epic fail!

Definitely the pharmacist deserves a 5 star rating but not the assistant woman. Her rude attitude discriminating customers per her likings lowers the overall experience using the services.

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 30 years. Charles is an amazing pharmacist who knows his clients and truly cares. Since I began going, new pharmacist have come and they are very nice as well as professional. I am notified of perscriptions and when I get there they are ready for me.

This store is a rip-off, everytime that I shopped here (because it's closest to me), I have to check my receipts very carefully before leaving the store and almost everytime I have to go to customer service to get the prices adjusted because the price didn't ring up correctly, so often that the manager probably think that I am a troublemaker. Also I loaded 3 rewards points on my Safeway app and tried to redeem it, it won't redeem and the manager told me to give it a few hours before trying to redeem it, WTF ? Why do I have to comeback to the store to redeem it ? If I see it in stock while I am in the store then redeem, grab and go, right ? But she won't budge and now my rewards expired. For a big corporation they can do way better, instead of ripping people off and giving them a hard time. SO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS CAREFULLY BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

This Safeway (The Glen) has been my primary grocery store for over 25 years and overall it is Excellent! I have shopped at other grocery stores in the area but Safeway has always come through for prices plus the Pharmacy is Excellent due to Charles, who is an Outstanding Pharmacist! Safeway is my main "go-to" store!

This pharmacy has been great to work with. Pharmacist is very good in vaccine injections. They have all scripts on auto fill and send a text when they are ready.

This pharmacy has good prices if you use Good Rx or Good Rx Gold but the customer service is very slow and arduous. It took about 25" to pick up my 2 prescriptions and the meds were already filled. I'm moving all of my Rx's to Wegmans. Their prices are just as good and the staff at Wegman's are far more efficient and friendly.

This rating is for the pharmacy, not the store. We have been using it for years for our Rx's and are very satisfied. You can walk up & drop off an Rx and do your grocery shopping and it will be ready when you finish shopping. Charles, the head pharmacist, is very nice, He is also great at giving shots.

The Safeways are CROOKS !!! Almost everytime I buy from the store at 4240 Merchant Plaza, Woodbridge, VA 22192 (because I live and work nearby) one of the prices are always WRONG and I have to get in line the 2nd time to get the price adjusted, but today I have forgot to check my receipt before leaving the store, now I have to come back to get the price adjusted again. The BIG business is ripping off the LITTLE consumers, SO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING THE SAFEWAYS !!!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received any grocery store product was advertised the register person would not mind would not recognize the price I will absolutely not be back until everyone I know to stay away from the Safeway
