The store is nice. However when I came into the store. The entire store smelled like weed. I told the employee it smells like weed in here. She looked surprised. She said really? Then I went up to the register I told the cashier y’all can use ozium spray that will get rid of the odor. Her rely to me was that is up to corporate to decide. Well your manager is responsible for the store . Not everyone wants to smell weed when they walk into the store. I walked out. Got into my car. I saw two employees head straight for the back.

I wish I could get the name of the worker when I went in because I was ignored 25-30minutes before being addressed. Usually I would leave an establishment if I am not welcomed but because I wanted to try a new product and it was so happen it was on sale.She was taking great car le of the customer that she was with and walked pasme twice and never greeted me and state that she would be right with me.The store was clean and there's plenty of parking. The store was low on some products.

It got really busy, and the single worker was really busy. She was really helpful though. They were a little low on products, but prices were good. 4.5 stars.

These workers have no clue to advising. I was advised totally wrong about a product and damaged my hair. I mean...I showed you the color and you handed me the wrong one. Sabotage. Don't go here.

I worked at this location for 4 years and it was the beat retail job I could've ever asked for. Coworkers were always amazing and I always enjoyed helping the customers find exactly what they needed It was always super rewarding when a customer would come back and tell me they've achieved their hair goals because of my recommendations. Would literally do anything to work here again, maybe in the future.

Sally's is a great place to buy beauty supplies. They had everything I needed in stock. The customer service representative was awesome. I had ordered something at Christmas and I wasn't satisfied and she told me with my receipt, I can get full refund up to 60 days. HAPPY CUSTOMER I AM...

This lady (employee) was one minute late today, coming in the door to open business and took three minutes after 10:00 AM, to open the door. She had three people waiting and she was very unprepared. Horrible Customer Service and Very Unprofessional To Open Up Late!

Prices does not match products on the shelf I picked up a product for 4:49 came up to 9:99 and no price match they just say it's for smaller bottle and went looking for it in which she never came back with !! Not je 1 st time with this mess
