Always a Good ChoiceI really enjoy visiting Sam's Club, they always have whatvum looking for and the prices are reasonable. Everytime I visit Sam's Club I always stop at the food court and fueling station on my way out.The stores are clean andcwell stocked, the staff are always friendly.

My thoughts on Sam's Club. If only I could give this place zero star, I would! No wonder Costco is the place to go and everyone's preferred warehouse. Sam's club makes everything so inconvenient for its shoppers! You can only enter and exit from a specific entrance and the poor employee at the exit has to scan every single item in your cart. If you are in a long line, good luck! I slipped on some oil at their gas station, cracked my iPhone as a result and they refused to reimburse me. Shawn from HQ claim accused me of intentionally finding the oil spill on their ground and orchestrated the slip and fall. I immediately cancelled my membership and returned to Costco. Slightly more expensive but worth it. Shame on you Sam's Club!

This was our first time ordering online and won't be doing it again. We found bugs in separate boxes. We ordered a few cases of water and grocery items so it's very disgusting and had to throw everything away. Very unacceptable that one would pack grocery items filled with dead & alive bugs. These pictures are just a few of the many bugs we found. DONT ORDER ONLINE..

The customer service here is complete garage. I'm sure if we pay for a membership we should at least be able to get carts at the front. When I asked the manager for a cart she sent me to the cart associate where the cart associate said "if there aren't any in the front you have to go look for one yourself in the parking lot"

Worst service that I ever received in a membership club today. I was in the club at closing time and the on-duty manager refunded to sale me cigarettes. I was told by three employees that is was 8 pm and that the cigarette section was closed. I tried to explain that I was still in the store as well as other customers, why would I not be able to buy cigarettes. The store manager did not try to remedy the situation to my satisfaction, just refused to sell my cigarettes. I believe this could have been worked out, but the manager was not willing to attempt to please me, a consumer for more than 10 years. Because of the service I received today, July 21, 2020, I am cancelling my membership with Sam's Club and opening a membership with Costco this weekend. The lack of service I received today is unacceptable. If you is in a store at closing time, you should be able to purchase any item in the store. Sam's Club showed a lack of value in the customer and showed a desire to simply close the shop as quick as possible at all cost. That is not the business that I want to spend my money in, so today was my last visit to make a purchase in Sam's Club. So that you know, I refused to purchase the other items in my cart without an opportunity to purchase the cigarettes, which was about $100 dollars in value. I guess Sam's Club doesn't need the money during our current COVID-19 pandemic. I will cancel my membership this weekend and stop shopping at Costco this weekend. This would be the time when I thank Sam Club for the many years of good service, but I can't bring myself to doing that with today's service.

worst customer service! company treats customer and consumers poorly and they are very good at never having any solutions or valid accurate answers to issues, concerns, knowing nothing about promotions posted by their own company, making customers waiting hrs not 1 but 3hours on hold until I finally called the same number with my husband's phone while I was still on hold and they answered while I never did get another person back on the line with my phone that was on 3hrs hold. I finally was able to just cancel my membership using my husband's phone after almost another 2hrs on his phone. Good thing we can't catch the virus over the phone or else I'd be dying by now.

I wish I could give negative stars... I did a online pick and pull order, which was recieved and confirmed, however when I arrived I was told that they were out of the item I had ordered. This was confusing and frustrating becuas e I never recived a cancellation notice on the item and I had ordered that item 2 days prior which would have gave them ample time to do so, I drove way out from silver spring MD to pick this item up and all the store manager had for me was an apology. And now I am the worst dad in the world because my kids were expecting a trampoline that we never recieved!!

I bought the store made chicken salad and the chicken was not chopped at all. It was like eating fajita chicken. The salmon I bought had 3 days left to the sell by date but when I opened it it smelt like it was sitting in the sun and marinated in its smelly juices. I use to come here because they had items my usual Sam's club didn't but since that's not the case anymore, I think this location is not worth stopping by.

Poor customer service. Called ahead to find out the return policy for a grill, since it is stated on their website that they have a generous return policy but for some items this may vary upon the manager's discretion. Called ahead of time to explain the issue, including the fact that the the item had been purchased in 2015. Over the phone the manager stated it was returnable as long as we had original receipt, which we did. Upon our arrival, Fatima was at the desk and even after explain the situation and that we had spoken to management ahead of time, she proceeded to give us a lecture about how long grills can last for. She was offensive and extremely rude. After her lecture she went to the back and came back out 10 min. later to tell us, " this time we will take it"...My point is, customer service is terrible, slow, and they act as if you are begging them for money. I had called and spoken with someone so I know whether to return or take out to curve for dump truck. Please do no think that your customers have your same mindset.... Sticking with COSTCO.

It's a shame that this club staff is so completely incompetent that I hate myself every time I shop here! I don't know where they get these people. They are rude, slow, as stated above, incompetent. I am canceling my membership ASAP.
