Excellent Sam’s Club, clean, great customer service, and their concessions are very budget friendly ! Love their chocolate yogurt with berries! It’s a fabulous combination, that’s just as delicious as Godiva Chocolates!

When I went to pickup my mobile order from the cafe they asked me to stand in a line of 10+ please. When I explained to the manager mobile orders were meant to make it simpler to avoid standing in line he explained to me that this location is a test store for the new system which is terrible. And to only have one person running the entire cafe. Beyond annoying that I had to spend an additional 20+ minutes in line after ordering through the app. Costco will be gaining my business from now on.

Really bad wait times at the member services counter. Usually there’s a single person working there and when there’s a customer with a more complicated issue, it stops everyone from getting help and a long line forms. There should really be two people working at the counter when a customer with a more complex issues so others with simple returns can still get helped.

I just had brand new wheels, lug nuts, and tires installed on my car. Unbeknownst to me, my vehicle was leaking a greasy/oily substance behind my driver side tire. They warned me that something was wrong and told me to go get it checked. I thanked them for warning me and took my vehicle in to be serviced. After lifting my SUV, the mechanics, almost immediately, came to show me the issue. My axel was damaged and needed to be replaced- not Sam's club fault. However, he showed me that he could unscrew my lug nuts WITH HIS BARE HANDS. Thank God I only went around the corner. I had one of my kids in the car with me!

Super unprofessional over the phone I wasn’t able to make it today to pick up a piece of furniture that I paid for yesterday and they said give me a sec and just hung up the phone and called back three times and just picked up to hang up

Today I tried to exchange a battery that it have 2 years left on the garanty , costumers service just ignore me, Sam's club help line keep me waiting for 20 minutes and they talk to me for 10 minutes putting me on hold 20 and hung up,so I called back and they did the same so I m at the store for more than 140 minutes on the store with no help ang costumersevice just ignoring me.
Thing towice before you buy something over $100
I just lost my $$$$$$$$

Very clean and organize. A must top. For someone where food costs are a lot less, geez must be some great liberal policies causing eggs and gas to cost so much. In Texas it is about 25% less for eggs and 40 cents less for gas. Whom voted for this cost of living in Virginia. #Cheaper to Live somewhere else.
Nevertheless, great place to shop than pricey DC.

I love this location very much.
The Cafe is affordable and the staff there are amazing and work really hard.
The girl named Princess is always helpful and makes my sundae's and pizza perfectly!
