The store's cool, GRICELDA in customer service is a straight BITC..well you get it. Went to customers service twice and nothing but straight attitude and snottyness from her and for what reason? If you don't like your job get a new one but don't take it out on customers.

I always spend a lot of money at Sam's upon checking out I ordered two Rotisserie chicken for the Super Bowl kickoff and was horrified how raw the meat was inside before serving guests.( which was horrifying to them as well)I called and reach out to management but no luck (phone service is problematic) when trying to reach customer service.I will never order chicken from this location again.someone did not check the meat temperature which is a requirement I don’t understand how this can be put out to serve I’m hoping to get a refund as much as I send monthly being a loyal paying customer with a high level membership. Top must read review, I made a service appointment for tires in Dec and was sent to a third party which Sam's club work with. They entered the wrong tires(beware) of 3rd party errors. I came in for my appt in Jan 9th..long wait. They couldn't find my account. Luckily I had past receipts in vehicle. Had to reorder, wait another 2-4 days snow prediction. Was told from manager Zach he would call when tires are in. No phone call, nothing , called on the 15th to hear my tires came in on the 11th. Now I had to take another day off drive in snow, with bad tires. Again couldn't find my information after almost an hr and being assistant by Store Manager Carlos. Word of advice, make appt in person, get person name, have appt information emailed to you, don't take their word for it. Follow-up on arrival, and if you come to Sam's Club on Worth Ave ask for Edwin or Alex , they should be Managers, they should be acknowledged, they should get a bonus, PTO some award. They were the main two people that knew what they were doing. It's not always the big people, the ones higher up that do all the work. It's the techs. It's these two guys. All this work for tires. Lesson learned. I hope this review helps the next person with a smooth process. Almost a month, loss time off work, on the road with bad tires waiting and waiting due to errors. Thank you associates ALEX and EDWIN. I hope you get rewarded and not some simple thank you from the managers, you deserve much more!!

Sam's Club is losing out to its competition. The ridiculous notion of treating all of their customers as if they are thieves is too much. Checking receipts at the door is something I can live with. Now, the "checker" has to scan your receipt and EVERYTHING in your cart to make sure you didn't steal anything. When the store is crowded and there's only one "checker," (Which is usually the case) it takes longer to exit the store than it does to shop! Unfortunately, theft is a cost of doing business. Most of their customers do not steal, but they get treated as though they do. This means more trips to Costco and BJ's and less to Sam's.

Fresh slice of cheese pizza, simple and doused in red pepper flakes. Cafe closes at 7pm. I come here for the pasture raised eggs -18 count at an unbeatable price

I find not carrying items that were staples like the 3 stick pepperoni and Lancers crackers, peanut butter, corn bread muffins, large mince garlic bottles perplexing.Bring them back

The tire guys and pick-up order guys have my whole heart. Genuinely nice people. I love them so much!On the inside the employees aren’t as friendly, especially the female employees. Typical Walmart level customer service. The lines can be long, but that’s more of a Sam’s thing in general.

As always great. Put gas in car, then proceeded to get what I needed. As usual, place is clean and organized. Found what I needed, paid w my app and was out in no time! Love the Christmas displays!

Crap show. We were near the area and went to grab some pizza pretzels for dinner. Arrived to an empty garage of carts. Held my toddler while we waited in the cafe line for 20 minutes. Was told when we got the the register that no pretzels were ready and it would take another 20 minutes. I lost it. If you're short staffed enough that a line takes 20 minutes and no one is working on food in the back, go ahead and close the cafe. Hire some more employees to grab carts as well. Do better. We will be canceling our membership renewal and won't be back.
