Horrible customer service experience. The agent just hung up on me. They are never available at the office. The door is always locked. This is awful.

The staff is friendly, knowledge and helpful and the space is clean and air conditioned. But the longer you stay the more they charge you, I had a unit for over a year and they raised the price twice.

Prices keep going up. If you call the location, they never answer, you can go there during hours of operation and no one is there. But if your late they are sure to be up your @$$ about it.

Moved in after a messy divorce. I’m not sad about that. After 3 months they informed me that my rent was being raised. I was less than pleased. Called the office and told them it was unacceptable. Was told they would honor the agreement for 6 months. It is run by a corporate enterprise. They jump your rates to the limit you will pay. Then you move to another place. Management needs to get their heads out of their a$$’s. Take the free money. Raise the rent we move. You lose. We will find cheaper rent. Do you really want to be paid or give free month rent as a reason to move out?

Combination gate has been broken for 2 months. Storage units are not secure. Moved out. Staff was nice.

Staff was excellent. I had trouble choosing a size but rebecca showed me a few options and demonstrated the best way to pack it up. I never needed storage before now and after looking around I was happy to see how clean inside and out as well as great team working at the store.

They go out of their way to help you out. Whatever you need. Great. Very friendly staff. Location is always kept up and clean. So I would recommend this storage facility.The other day I left my unit open. And staff closed, locked it and called. Jyst one the great services they provide

Great location, easy to access and outstanding management. Best of all ON-SITE MANAGER! Rebecca is diligent to her duties, I am comforted knowing she is on the job. The site is clean, secure and well taken care of, you can't go wrong choosing Self-Storage Plus.

I became a recent customer at this facility this past summer when I realized I had too much stuff laying around the house. Their worker Jordan explained their storage bundles thoroughly, and the rate I got was wayyyy better than what I had at Public (rip-off) Storage. Thanks Self Storage Plus! I won’t be leaving anytime soon.

The atmosphere is that of which deserves a Michelin star. The staff, though from a lower social class from my own, are some of the closest friends in my life. I'd go as far as calling them, dare I say, family. Alas, my relationship with this company isn't perfect. There are many situations where I have the urge to visit my storage unit late at night either to retrieve a gold bar/priceless jewel or to admire the various treasured artifacts my daddy forcefully removed from foreign lands, but I am unable to. Unbeknownst to me, their operational hours not only reflect when my dear friends go home, but when the robot that controls access to my belongings is deactivated. Perhaps this is common practice within the industry, but I find it inconvenient. The best way to convey my feelings is to borrow a quote from one of the geniuses of our time. "It's my money, and I want it now!".
