Will be reporting this place. The way they treated a women who had recently suffered a stroke is just unacceptable. Then to leave bruises and cuts in her head. DONT GO HERE

Had a retwist with RUTH a few weeks ago, it was my first time there and it was amazing ! She was thorough when washing my hair, even asked me if I had any itchy spots. Asked my about my hair history and recommended a few things I should do going forward, and the retwist was perfect too…. highly recommend.Service: Dreadlocks

I liked the work she did with my style. But, the young lady has not had her Covid shots. I am had my vaccination shorts and booster. I was upset to know that an establishment would not require their staff to get the Covid shots. This business needs to set higher standards for its employees. I cannot return to this type of salon.

I have been to quite a few salons in my lifetime and first place seemed to spotless. It was very pleasing to hear that they had been in the location over 6 years and still maintained such a clean and modern look.I arrived about 10mns early and was reminded that face masks were a requirement which was awesome and then greeted by my stylist.I do feel that prices were a little steep based off past experiences, but one of the benefits of being a beautician is naming your own price which I gladly paid.If you want a lax, low key & chill but professional environmentI highly recommend!

This was my first time at a hair salon since COVID 19, the salon was clean and nicely organized. I had an appointment and it not have to wait but a few minutes before my stylist started working with my hair. She used professional products that smelled amazing. I had my hair washed, deep conditioned, trimmed, and braided in an hour!!! I would highly recommend Mrs. Tracy and I will return. Thank you for great service in a timely manner.Service: Hairstyling

Toya Rainey is by far the best hair stylist that I ever had. Hadn't seen her in well over a year, and she still hasn't lost her touch! If you're seeking professionalism, a great attitude and someone who knows what they are doing, check her out.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give a 0 I work. Toya was extremely rude to me and was speaking to me as if I was a child. My appointment was at 10am, I respectfully told her I would leave after 20 minutes because she was not there. Then she proceeded to say I had a bad vibe about myself and she was happy I wasn't her client.

Beautiful black owned business in deep VA, when I first came in I was greeted at the door by the woman I made an appt with. She immediately started working on my hair and I received color and retwisting of my Locs. I definitely enjoy my experience this was my 1st time getting color. I would recommend this to place to all my friends for sure!
