I love how super helpful and friendly the staff is here. I go here at least if not twice a month. It's wonderful how not only do they have fuel for the car, but treats for my fur babies and treats for me!

Me and my partner stopped by here for lunch while visiting family. The service was terrible. The men’s room was littered in banana flavored 99 liqueur airplane bottles and toilet paper covered every stall. The staff barely said two words to us which is fine but the worst part was our food. My boyfriend got 6 tacos and I got a burrito. They gave us three taco sauces for both our meals. But what really made it the worst experience ever was the state of the tacos. There was none of the toppings he asked for. Picture for reference.
And yes I know it’s a gas station. But I’ve been in many sheetz before and even worked at one in college. This is actually ridiculous.

All of a sudden portions are way too small for what you pay for. Yes I know someone said about portion control but then why is this one the only one doing it. I will no longer order my lunch here. Plus the last two times I’ve ordered from here the order has been messed up. Idk what y’all are doing here but you guys took a wrong turn somewhere

Sheetz. You have the nastiest coffee out of any gas station. You need to get rid of these junk machines and make actual coffee because the stuff that comes out of it. Taste like shit. Maybe there was a problem with the coffee maker I used. I informed the employee that the coffee tastes off and their answer was, I don't know.
