Tried to call and inquire about the purchase of gift cards, no one answered...twice. Im sure everyone is busy, but as a courtesy, it would be nice if someone would at least pick up the phone and put me on hold...

This the worst Sheetz in Woodbridge. We ordered 2 specialty drinks and both were made wrong. Told manager and another lady manager never said a word other lady said well there is new people making them. Told her don't you think you should train them right. I will never give them my business again that's for sure.

Real simple ordered a hot dog with cheese onion relish order another hot dog mustard order another hot dog plane no roll.saw her put the hotdogs on the dirty counter. I yelled what are you on dirty counter. She grabbed all three with her glove still on. And put them in the rolls which were on the counter. Then picked them up with her dirty gloves and set them on the foil to be wrap.so my dogs had a good lunch.

Absolute worst store in the Woodbridge area
The food is terrible The employees are not helpful. Management is very unprofessional. Bathrooms are always disgusting. I never see them change their gloves after an order very rude customer service. No room for growth or opportunities here Keny, the store manager is rude and treats people poorly don’t waste your time or money here!!!

This location was the best one 😁 I've ever been to ever especially the overnight Crew 😉 really outstanding knowledge of their product and company super nice Guy I think his name Shane helped me with some last minute items and even helped me to my vehicle thank you.

Google Maps keeps listing this location as having a car wash. It does Not Have a car wash.

If you order a sandwich, BE SURE to check the bag before you leave! They mix up orders whenever it's slightly busy.
Got burned a few times when I walked out with someone else's weird order in my bag.

Most locations give 5 stars today giving 3 stars cause employee on night shift michal ask me did pay for sauce come with order. Got combo with chicken sandwich and fries. Wasnt deep serious got to several location have co worker want to do most.
