Dirty even at 5 am when they do little activity over night. Dosnt look like it has been cleaned in weeks. Creamer was out so had to wait 10 minutes for them to replace that. I love Sheetz but this one was a poor example!

Never has coffee on Uber eats so they can charge you more on doordash. Then when you order through doordash it takes over an hour for you to get the order, minus the coffee that prompted the order in the first place. Spent $18 on 2 pretzels that were priced $1.25 each and are fully frozen when I received them. This is by far the worst sheetz ever. I don’t do reviews online but they seriously need to be looked into for the amount of orders they have gotten wrong and the lack of effort they make to try to make their customers happy. Hey sheetz corporate you need to have a talk with this location and the management there. Seriously unhappy. Will not be ordering from them again. I’ll walk the 20 minutes instead of paying nearly 20 to be ripped off and not then even receive my order.

I find sheetz, exceptional in every way. I typically order a salad with breaded chicken on it and there’s usually 3 to 4 planks of chicken along with a heavy dose of any other ingredients I choose. The salad is so full they have to smash the top onto it, which I have no problem with. This visit I decided to try and be a little more healthy and ordered grilled chicken. The amount of chicken was equivalent to about one plank. (Usually there's 3 or 4). I’m not sure if the decision is because it’s grilled chicken or if it’s a difference in employees.
I will continue to go to that particular sheets in addition to others, but I am going to go back-and-forth between the breaded chicken and the grilled chicken just to check out . Hopefully it was a fluke.

They need to make it so customers can type in their phone number to get the savings. I went in, rang up my stuff, then was told I need my card or log into the app to get the savings. I don't remember the app password to log in. So I either pay full price or walk out with nothing. I WALKED OUT with NOTHING. Why is it that all other stores in America I can type my phone number, but not Sheetz. I will remember this Sheetz, you had me walk out with nothing. Smooth move.

Don’t go here!!! I paid for gas and it was out on the wrong pump when I went inside to tell the cashier I was told I have to stop the other customer in their car to get my money back because they pumped the money into their vehicle

Good Selection of snacks and Made to Order Food. Gas Pumps can sometimes be a bit of a wait on the weekends due to high volume of customers. The Parking lot is sometimes filled with trash from people leaving it/cleaning out their cars. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Sheetz. You have the nastiest coffee out of any gas station. You need to get rid of these junk machines and make actual coffee because the stuff that comes out of it. Taste like shit. Maybe there was a problem with the coffee maker I used. I informed the employee that the coffee tastes off and their answer was, I don't know.
