This place is unbelievable, how come I never known you guys all this time ! I was recommended by my neighbor and went for safety and emission and I was briefed professionally, they even took me to show my problems and advised the issue, the inspector is professional and well organized, place is also clean ! If you want your vehicle be inspected so you will be safe on the road ? Not asking for “sticker” ? Well i advise you go here ! If you want sticker then this place is not yours ! They are simply as honest as any one could be ! Will see you soon back thank you.

Front desk service rep lady has amazing customer service and positive vibes. I had replace brake pads and rotors @ reasonable price. Work was done fast n friendly and very neatly. Will be returning back for other services in future. Highly recommended 👌

WILL NOT be returning for future services. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Less than sub-par service & complete disregard for the health and safety of you and your vehicle.
Had a family member’s car start overheating after she took her car in for an oil change on the 14th, and saw that her coolant expansion tank as well as the radiator was empty. There were no other suggestions from the shop besides a “Headlight Restoration” service. When I called and asked if they had any idea of why her car may have overheated after taking her car in for service, the person on the phone said “The technician didn’t mention anything about any cooling system issues, I don’t think the car was looked over since it was just an oil change.” The car was brought back to get it diagnosed, and now want to charge another $500 to fix it, since “there was no issue with the car when we looked it over during the oil change.”
My question is, how would you have known to suggest a headlight cleaning if you didn’t look over the vehicle? Why would you state that you don’t look the vehicle over for any potential issues when it’s in the shop, and then say that it WAS looked at and there were no issues at the time? There’s no accountability being taken for such an extreme issue that could’ve caused serious engine damage.
Very contradictory, customer service is terrible, and the reliability/honesty of this shop is very questionable. EVERY auto repair shop does a full look-over of the vehicle and suggests repairs based on that inspection, so there is NO reason that the issue that caused the car to overheat wasn’t found the first time. It not only is a form of insurance, but it’s what makes the shop money. The “headlight restoration” that was $30 also looks no better than before the service, and the parts used was most likely a $10-$15 dollar lens wipe kit from an auto parts store.
DO NOT go here if you care about your vehicle, and don’t want to be stranded on the side of the road and made responsible for it. Take your business elsewhere.

Bad service. I took my car to this Shell station for an inspection, and the technician who conducted the inspection was unprofessional. Before he even started, he asked me how many miles were on my car. After I told him, he immediately said my car might be rejected. I replied that my car was in good shape and had no issues.
However, he began pointing out problems that didn’t exist, as if he were intentionally trying to find faults just to charge me for unnecessary repairs. He said, “We can fix this and pass the inspection, otherwise I’ll reject it.”
It felt like a scam. I don’t recommend this place.

Had my car towed there. It took them 2 days to run a diagnostic test. Quoted me over 500 for a new starter. I had the starter tested elsewhere and it was fine not the issue with my car

I had a fantastic experience at this gas station today. I arrived around 11:09 AM in a huge hurry, needing to be back home by noon for a Zoom meeting. When I asked the owner how long an oil change would take, he initially told me 11:30. Wanting to be sure, I asked again, and he adjusted his estimate to 11:45. I agreed, and he got my car inside right away.
While waiting, we had a great conversation about the challenges of running a shop, and before I knew it, he told me my car was done—at exactly 11:30! His original estimate was spot on. This was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had, and the service was excellent. The owner was down-to-earth and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better.
I typically prefer going to my Toyota dealership, but I don’t have time to sit around for three hours. With this place only seven minutes from me, I’ll most likely be coming back from now on! Highly recommend.

stopped by this Shell for the fist time to see if I could walk-in and get an emissions test. It was late in the afternoon and I wasn't sure they would have time or patience for a walk-in. Immediately I was greeted with a smile and accommodation. They asked me questions and took care of the care. The technical that brought the car out also asked me questions about the car and safety inspection, etc. just to make sure I was covered. He welcomed me to come back for any additional service. They treat customers just like a dealership would, without all the hassle and appointments of a dealership.
