Poor interaction with employee. He was domineering, spoke over me, interrupted me. I was expecting a helpful, pleasant person to deal with, like I’ve experienced in FL. I love Sherwin Williams paint. I have many years experience with it. Tried to talk about what was currently on sale. Left without buying paint.

"I recently had a terrible experience with an employee at Sherwin Williams. The employee was extremely rude and unhelpful when I was trying to find paint. They were dismissive and seemed annoyed that I was asking for assistance. I was shocked by their lack of professionalism and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future."

What's impressive about SW as a company is their ability to match paint color by using their scanning and matching technology. I dont know of any other paint store who does this and gets it right on the first try. It is impressive actually. You bring a quarter sized piece of the paint and they are able to match it to a T or VERY close...ideal for touch ups. There's a guy at this store called Connor..he is very professional and knows the job. I hope they keep him here because Lord knows we need good customer service and people who know what they are doing, as it cuts customer frustration and anxiety in more than half. Many companies have good employees but fail to retain them because of a lack of wage increase, promotions and or appreciation. Hopefully SW can retain their's.

The team at this location are very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous every time we've been in (probably 6x in the last year). I like being able to get paint supplies I need at a reasonable price without going all the way to the big box stores. The paint itself is expensive but worth it and you can watch for coupons.

As a contractor, i currently use Sherwin Williams unless my customer specifies something else.The people at SW know their products, are happy to help in selection for application, and will tell you if they can't solve your problem/needs (which is VALUABLE to me).
