Unfortunately this is the closest location to our home. We’ve been here a few times and it’s severely understaffed, management doesn’t seem to want to help out the associates when it gets busy, and they can’t seem to order supplies they need to run their store properly. I wouldn’t call the store to ask questions because they only ever seem to have one person on the floor helping customers and again management doesn’t want to answer the phone or do any actual work they just want to sit in their office. I honestly feel bad for the workers because they are the ones that have to deal with the angry customers anytime their management fails them and doesn’t want to take responsibility for what’s going on.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Woodbridge Staples, thanks to Hector. He was kind, courteous, helpful, and exceptionally patient. Even during a busy lunch rush, he managed the store with grace and professionalism. His dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Hector!

White guy working the shipping section for Amazon returns was rude for no reason. I asked if he has a trash can to throw the Amazon shipping bag away and he replies “sometimes I wish I can say no but I’m not allowed to…” ummmm okay. Way to make me feel bad for asking.

Went to make some copies and after I send the copies in every thing correct it print me empty pages and they charge me for them when I went to ask why is not printing I can have my money back but that wasn’t the case no refund no copies … awful

WARNING: No more public bathrooms! No complaints with Staples, which is still the place to fulfill my home office supply needs, and I recently took advantage of the HP Printer trade-in offer at the story. However, no longer allowing customers to use public bathrooms is an affront to the elderly, pregnant women, small children, the disabled, or anyone else who may have to "go" while they are shopping in this big space.

I have been in several Staples stores. Each store has been clean and generally well stocked. The various staff members have always been friendly and very helpful when I needed assistance. I will drive the extra distance to shop at a Staples store rather than a convenient, in driving distance, Staples competitor.
