I can’t say enough good things about this store location. They are always polite and friendly, willing to help with anything you need. I am especially impressed by Sierra K. I pressed a pair of sandals in store and when it arrived in the mail one of the candles came worn and extremely dirty . Sierra went above and beyond to help re order the shoes issue. She also went the extra mile to make sure that she could get the right shoe when it took forever for the shoe to even ship to me. Sierra noticed and called me when it hadn’t shipped then called several stores to see if they had it in stock . When I called corporate they refused to help in anyway and they really need to work on their people skills and actually help fix an order when something goes wrong.

I was blown away!!!!!!never usually get the chance to write many reviews. But….A freaking + to a young man named TJ. Was at Potomac Mills Mall the other day. Exceptional customer service!!Immediately greeted me and gave me a complete rundown of sales and where things were located all while checking for shoes for someone on the phone who called as I walked in and helping out another customer at the register. Made us all feel like we were the only people in the store. Haven’t had or seen customer service like that in longer than I can remember. Hard to find people who make such an effort these days, especially younger ones. It was refreshing, I’ll definitely be back because of that young man!!!!

Just came from this store, location, and the staff was great! Camilla and Sierra K We’re both so kind and helpful, I wish more stores Had staff like them. I will definitely be back.!

The assistant store manager, RJ, was really great and accommodating when it came to helping me with my return. He quickly assisted me by reaching out to the store side of customer service (which worked rather quickly as well) and processed my return for an online order I had put for a product I found in store for the size that I need. The associate, Jadion, was also very helpful with this whole process and did not have me feel like a burden whatsoever. The crew at this time in this store was great!

UNWELCOMING!! DISCRIMINATION! Nasty attitudes from cashier and manager! NO GREETING FROM BOTH AND NO HELP!!
I’m not sure if all the positive reviews are legit here, but the employees here are rude. My daughter did not get any assistance from anybody and the two ladies at the register acted like I was bothering them. I simply asked one of them to scan a box because there was no price. She looked up and acted like she didn’t see me when I approached the checkout counter. She didn’t bother to ask if I needed any help when I walked up. Nasty demeanor from both ladies. They had like 3 customers in there and it was dead. It seemed to me they are picking and choosing customers. I told my daughter to not buy the boots because the quality did not match with what you pay for. This place is not worth it at all! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!! Go somewhere else.

First time visiting this store. I came in looking for a pair of shoes for an event THAT NIGHT!!! I was in a little panic but Morrell did a wonderful job giving me options and I walked out with a beautiful pair of silver block heels. Sierra was great checking me out at the register. Both informed me about the buy one pair and get another pair for 70% off. I would come back and visit this store again as long as they are working. Thank you both!

Yesterday I came in and I had trouble with an order from another store and this store was so much better. There was a manager called Kaeley she helped me with my order issue, she was so kind, sweet and patient she stood out the most so I asked for her name. The customer service was delightful, the store was very full, she and the other girl who was there were very attentive to everyone there regarding the fact that the store was so full there was a line. I appreciated their help very much.

First time visiting this location and from the time I walked in and walked out the manager Hilda was extremely helpful, patient, so so very sweet and friendly. I purchased four pair of shoes and if they didn’t have my size on the floor she went to the back and thoroughly communicated. I’ve been to multiple locations and traveling from out of town this is by far the best location with a variety of shoes available, while also providing quality customer service. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back in the future! Hilda truly needs to be thanked and celebrated for her hard work and dedication to her job!

The cashier at this location had mishandled my order and I had kindly shown the store manager at this location my receipt and if she could correct the employees mistake in the system, when I told her this the manager had ongoing laughing in my face with another co-worker and said there was nothing she could do to correct the mistake made. This is a uncredible store, save your money and support a store where you’ll feel supported by. Bare minimum of customer service needs were not met.

Before purchasing this shoes please go and check reviews. I barely use this shoes. Today was raining and my feet was soak in wet I check the bottom sole and was all cracked I went to see more reviews about Steve Madden and a lot of people had the same issue with this shoes. They are so pretty but is not worth it for the amount I paid.
