Had planned on getting an emissions test across the street to use a Groupon. After seeing the long line, I decided to go here. I arrived at 5:15 pm and the technician initially told me they were closed (they close for emissions testing at 5 pm). He then said he would do the emissions test and had me in and out in under 10 min.

I would not visit this place again. They make you go to the office to pay first, then they tell you that your vehicle does not pass inspection for unfair reasons. They do everything possible to make you spend money.

Made my husband wait outside in the freezing cold (14 degrees) while they did the vehicle inspection because he had a small dog enclosed in a stroller.

Shady workshop — got a safety inspection done from them and was told I needed new wipers and a light, so I said sure replace both items. It hasn’t even been 2 months and one of my wipers that their mechanic installed broke off while I was on the road (had to pull over and try to fix it) and the second wiper is completely falling apart — mind you I bought these from them brand new…make it make sense?
Additionally, their staff is quite rude, and thier prices are generally higher than most places - avoid them is at all possible!!

Don’t get your car inspected here. They tried to get me to do $2000 worth of work. Instead of coming and talking to me about the issues they put a rejection sticker on it. Will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone even in a pinch. Go with your trusted mechanic which I regret not doing.

I looked at him and said I just told you I need your business but if you’re gonna act like that I’m not gonna do business with somebody that is hostile to me giving you my business
Customer service goes along way in this business stay far away from this establishment if they’re not good in the people business and customer service It’s most likely a direct correlation with their type of work that they do, aka not good.

I had my car towed to them on a Monday because the gear shifter worked. It was after hours so i called the next day they ordered the part said it would arrive Wednesday. Its now Friday and still waiting on the part said I might be able to get my car back on Saturday

Had squealing noise suddenly when I stepped on brakes. Called at 7:15 a.m., and was told to come right away. Tech cked and I was told I needed rear brakes asap. Within 2.5 hours brakes were fixed and car was ready. Great service and all were professional and couteous.

Scammers, I went in for an inspection, I have after market wheels, I know for sure all of my lug nuts where on with the wheel lock. My car never failed inspection. All of a sudden 2 lug nuts missing which forced me to buy a pack just so I can pass, the. The lil guy talk to you like you’re stupid. I will not be going back
