This branch should have been closed a long time ago. Employees are busy doing other work while people wait for the services. This branch needs more skilled employees and better management.

This is for ALL OF TD, not this location. $15 monthly “maintenance fee’s” are ridiculous. First they tell you to keep $100 minimum balance. Then they changed it to $500 minimum balance. What a joke of a bank

They lack professional experience, they start fighting with clients over calls, I think they would need to have a little more patience, maybe not all of them answer phone calls, but there is one that does lack professionalism.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Laura, the bank manager at TD Bank, and her incredible team. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with them, and I am truly impressed.Laura went above and beyond to assist me. Despite her impending lunch break, she stopped to help, demonstrating a level of commitment and dedication that is rare to find. Her friendliness, knowledge, and willingness to assist made my banking experience exceptionally positive.Moreover, during a cash deposit, I made a counting error that could have resulted in a significant discrepancy. The counter person not only corrected the mistake but did so with kindness and professionalism, informing me that i had given her $1000 more than I thought. Such honesty and integrity are truly commendable.I am grateful for the exceptional service provided by Laura and her team at TD Bank. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness have left a lasting impression on me. I plan to spread the word to my friends and family about the fantastic service I received.In the future, I look forward to expressing my gratitude in person, perhaps by treating Laura and her team to lunch as a token of appreciation for their exceptional service.Thank you, Laura, and the entire TD Bank team, for making my banking experience memorable and enjoyable.

This is the WORST bank I have EVER worked with. They are a very deceitful, dishonest company that stole money from me by continuing to fee me for providing incorrect information. When asked for them to show me what I provided it was not what I initially provided. They changed the information I initially put into their system. DO NOT trust this bank.
