I don't recommend this salon.
I have been going to this salon for most of 2024 and I will no longer be coming here. My issues have been:
1. The price of a gel fill was different every time I came in.
2. The quality of the finished nails varied greatly from tech to tech.
3. They pry off nails to replace them rather than soak them off.
4. The establishment is not clean, and the stations and tools are not sanitized between customers.
Today I went for a gel fill and I was helped by the woman who is always up front and greets people (maybe the manager/owner?). This is my 3rd time having her. The first time she made my nails extremely thick (think 3x thicker than the pictures from today) and when I said they were too thick she said it was the shape of my nail and I would need to get a new set if I wanted thinner (which I don't think is correct?). The second time she recommended replacing one nail and when she did, it was not at all the same shape as the others. I didn't say anything so that one is on me.
Today has me giving up. Some of the nails are oddly shaped; not uniform at all. Most of the nails have visible dips/ridges due to uneven application. One nail just has a dent at the base? I got to my car and noticed these issues so I went back in, she greeted me, and I asked if someone could redo them. She told me she could help me after finishing with her current client, but I asked if someone else could do it. She told me everyone else was busy and that she could help me if I wait. I left.
I understand this might come off as nitpicking to some, but I get my nails done twice a month as a luxury to make myself feel good. I do not feel good and I am out $47 so I cannot afford to have a different salon do them. I'm either stuck with them or I remove them myself.
I can forgive errors, we're only human, but the customer service and cleanliness of the space are not something I can overlook anymore.

These people do good job. But I am not happy about the way they talk their language with other nationalities in their front as customers. You highly perceive they gossip customers. That is very bad. It must stop or you loose customers

Vivian does my nails. She's great! This is gel nail polish over the top of my natural nails. These are my nails after 1 week. This will last up to 3 weeks. I try to go every 2 weeks. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Was looking for a new nail salon and I came across this place I'm so glad I found them it's my go to spot. Very clean and very fast I hate waiting long and I don't like filthy places.. everything is packaged and they place plastic wrap on everything!

Wonder why they have mostly bad reviews!!They’re not even do their job right but instead know how to over charge.They left my nails wet and after 3 hours was still wet.They said there is an extra charge for drying while they charged me over $50 .Don’t waste your time to go here, the staff talk to each other then paying attention to what they supposed to do.Very bad customer service and they take phone calls with the speaker on in front of the customers.

I have gone here twice now and had Vivian as my nail tech and I loved it. She did a really great job & I loved how she kept asking me if I was okay with the shape the entire time. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because they have a 3% CC charge on each service. It's a little inconvenient to stop by the bank and withdrawal cash. Other than that reasonable prices and everyone's super sweet!
