“Worked with me when I needed some extra time before returning the rental truck. They were fair in giving me a refund for the dolly that wasn't available upon my pickup. I didn't have to argue for about it, even though it was the fault of the UHaul vendor I picked up from. I would use this business again and appreciated their customer service.”
“My wife and I have moved a bunch in the last few years. Nothing ever goes to plan, there is always some sort of hurdle. We chose Penske for this move. Like always, a speed bump occurred. Battery died. After calling customer service, I was fortunate enough to speak to Xavier P who SAVED THE DAY. He got a technician out to us as fast as possible and called us to give us progress reports so which made the delay bearable.
10/10 recommend Penske for the quality of their trucks, stellar customer service, and quick response to correct issues free of charge to get you back on the road and driving. Thank you Xavier P!”

“Matt made everything so easy and was incredibly helpful through the process. We talked before the day of the rental as well and he even gave a call the day of to check in to make sure when we were coming. (Obviously their trucks are older and not like driving a luxury car - easy to get over that though and the seat was pretty comfy in my tuck).”
“Overall will definitely be using this U-haul again, this location is super convenient being right off the highway. I do suggest renting your truck ASAP because they are busy busy busy during early spring into summer! They do have a lockbox in case you have to pick up a truck at unreasonable hours. “Pretty solid uhaul experience! It’s located in an odd neighborhood where it’s a bunch of houses but they’ve all been turned into industrial businesses, so it’s an odd vibe haha! But it was an easy in and out! The guy that helped us was really great. All around a good experience.”
“Friendly, fast, easy pick up at this location.3rd time I have used this location. Picked up from here but dropped of in PA where I had a problem. Review for drop off in PA....Since it looks like my first review didn't post I am so upset I will write it again! This place was horrible. I rented a one way from VA to PA and the total was $171. I was charged for an additional day at 11am when I dropped keys off in box at 9:30am before they opened. I was also charged for dropping them in the box and not doing mobile check in. When we spoke to the manager there was "Nothing she could do". She told us to call Uhaul even though she was a rep of UHaul. So we were charged $300 total and they got a full tank of gas from us. They even rented the same truck out the same day we were charged the additional day. I am loyal to UHaul and always use them for every move or craigslist/ offerup purchase, but I will never use them again. Save your money... don't let them scam you...go to budget or penske instead. I was even told Home depot has truck rentals now. Go anywhere but here! Manager can't help you anyway...she will just tell you to call UHaul for the money she scammed you out of.”

“The entrance was not obvious but it does mention Budget trucks so that was helpful. Very nice gentleman spoke to us on phone and in office. Very simple private office setting but would use again.”
