“Fantastic team to work with. Very timely and knowledgeable! Knew exactly the capabilities of the trucks and how to accomplish what I needed. Very fast turnaround and super easy to work with. Huge shoutout to Andy and Francesca for the excellent support! Will go back to Woodbridge, VA for all my truck needs.”
“Fawad, was super amazing!!! Knowledgeable and very professional. This organization really need more people like him. Fantastic to have him as a front line leadership role
He showed a great deal of concern and enthusiasm for his work”
“Worked with me when I needed some extra time before returning the rental truck. They were fair in giving me a refund for the dolly that wasn't available upon my pickup. I didn't have to argue for about it, even though it was the fault of the UHaul vendor I picked up from. I would use this business again and appreciated their customer service.”
“I’m an owner operator and I lease one of their parking spots for my truck and trailer. Mr. Lopez is a very good guy, Knowledgable and has an excellent facility for servicing. He is honest and will work with you to meet your needs.”
“Ryder was great during my visit, they diagnose my trucks issues and fixed the problem ASAP. Ryder even dropped me off at the nearest hotel and even picked me. Great place to do bussiness.”
“The lady that helped us confirm drop off (which we did earlier than return date) was really nice. Picked up some drinks and cigarettes as well. Cool shop with cool people. Thank you!”
“Matt made everything so easy and was incredibly helpful through the process. We talked before the day of the rental as well and he even gave a call the day of to check in to make sure when we were coming. (Obviously their trucks are older and not like driving a luxury car - easy to get over that though and the seat was pretty comfy in my tuck).”
“We were able to get our truck in less than 15 minutes. Caeden was amazing and he explained everything in detail. He understood and sympathized with the struggle of moving. He has a great sense of humor and gave us a good laugh 😂”
“Pretty solid uhaul experience! It’s located in an odd neighborhood where it’s a bunch of houses but they’ve all been turned into industrial businesses, so it’s an odd vibe haha! But it was an easy in and out! The guy that helped us was really great. All around a good experience.”
“I have to say that every time I rent a U-Haul from this site, I’ve never had a bad experience. They threat you with respect and make you feel comfortable. I only rent from them. I will continue to use their services.
Thank you so much”
“The entrance was not obvious but it does mention Budget trucks so that was helpful. Very nice gentleman spoke to us on phone and in office. Very simple private office setting but would use again.”

“I don't think you need to do anything other than stay consistent with your current service. The truck was ready and the checkout time was minimal, which is important to your clients.
Stay fresh and all will be well.
Thank you!!!!
