Terrible customer service, gave the cashier Ingrid $40 but she only puts in $20 and I don’t notice till I’m out of the store. When I come back to correct this mistake she doesn’t even acknowledge the customer let alone even bother to apologize to the customer just looking around like a lost dog.

Signs all over the place of 50% off the store
We picked a couple of items , we were told not on sale , okay . We were told that this and another rack are the only exemption, okay,
We picked a couple of items and went to cashier just to find out that these were not on sale either! We left without buying

False advertising, marked the store as 50 percent off store wide. But, every time was “excluded” from the sale.

I used to shop from this UA outlet for years now, but today I was so disappointed because there was a black, short, rude lady was working at the cashier has zero customer service, she refused to give me an extra bag, I asked her for two extra bags (small size) because I need to put the items that I bought from them in these bags to send them as a gifts ..and I told her that but she didn’t care and said no
