Amazon returns says box in your own packaging. I did that. This place has to sell you a six dollar package to ship a damaged item back in even though it was already boxed up. Rip off. Did the same thing to the guy in front of me. I bet they don't even use what they sold me. Upselling must be how they make payroll. Ridiculous!

Dexter was incredibly helpful today. When I came into the store, I was all over the place. I had two returns and realized one did not have the label and the other did not have the return completed in the app. Dexter took the label and taped it to the package for me and he noticed that while I was completing the return in my phone, I selected the wrong option. He showed me how to cancel the return and do a brand new one. My son leaves for college in the morning and I am a complete mess, but Dexter was such blessing to this anxiety-driven brand new dorm mom! He even asked where my son was going to school and wished me luck. Give this man a raise!!!

Rylee and Dirron were absolutely amazing. These UPS Associates were efficient and provided a positive experience at The UPS Store #6656, 15000 Potomac Town Pl. Rylee and Dirron went above and beyond, professionally assisted with my huge package, and made me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely use this store’s services again.

I had a dining table set that I purchased from a third party seller on Amazon but received it with damage so went to this UPS store to return ship it and Mr. Amir helped me through the whole process.
I had to pay more than $1,000 to ship it back and later the seller refused to pay for the return shipping. Mr. Amir helped me to get it reimbursed from Amazon’s claims. Had he not told me about it and helped me I would have lost more than $1,000.
This was definitely a learning experience so for future reference I will always get a written pre approval for return shipping cost from the seller to make sure I will be reimbursed before paying out of pocket.
Mr. Amir you are awesome! I thank you and all at this location so much for all your help.

Riley and Curtis were great and made my notary fast and easy. I did have to pay $5 to print one page which is a little pricey but the service was still good.

Most of the staff were super friendly, however the employee who assisted me with my package reeked of marijuana. She also had incredibly dilated pupils and it was almost obvious she was under the influence of marijuana.

EXCELLENT customer service!! Every UPS staff member is always smiling, friendly and happy to help. The store is well staffed so you don’t have to wait very long even on a weekend.

Extremely unprofessional. they did not accept the Amazon return. they don't have any reason for doing so. don't come to this store for your shipments.

This is really the most efficient UPS store. The male staff, does an awesome job in providing you with the best customer service. They prioritize on getting you in and out in a timely manner.
