Today I was at this UPS, returning some packages and I was helped by a girl with curly hair, and I want to say that it was the best customer service I have ever had at a UPS, I wish there were more people like her. Thank you very much.

The line was long, there was a difficult order ahead of me, but the sales associate (didn't get her name, a younger woman, it was 9:00 a.m. on 11/21/24), checked out the others in line while the other difficult order quickly ran out to her car to get something. The associate was extremely courteous, professional, and very efficient. So many times I've wanted great customer service like this. Excellent experience, and well done, sales associate!

Chelsea was amazing this morning! I walked into the store and the line was to the door. She handled everything professionally and expeditiously. I was at the front of the line in less than 2 minutes and she helped another customer while I was working on my lengthy shipment. Give her a raise!
Personally, I’ve never had a bad experience with this location and I will continue to come back.

I am redoing my review. I needed to overnight my son's inhaler because he traveled with his uncle and forgot it. I talked to Mark and he wasn't sure if he can ship it and I googled it and showed him, you can because you can't send "toxic inhalation" an inhaler is not toxic, it saves lives. And my son needs his inhaler to live if he gets an asthma attack. I called FedEx and they said they can overnight it and not sure why UPS couldn't because it is not dangerous, it's medicine. I even told him FedEx can do it. When I went to FedEx, they were so nice they put it in the bubble wrap envelope for me and off it went. Then I called Mark to tell him FedEx took it and he continued to lie and said the company said he couldn't. Which is a lie, because I looked it up and you can send it.

I’m giving this store 5 stars because of Matt. Had an issue with one of my shipments and Matt went above and beyond to fix it. I can tell he genuinely cares. By far one the best experiences I’ve had with UPS.
