The usps never picks up the phone, takes long tries to speak to an agent. First, the package is not delivered in time. The package says delivered while it’s not delivered. The website redelivery option doesn’t work. Why create an IVR system if they can’t get it to work. Pathetic online portal and IVR system.

You are better off driving an hour away for another PO to get faster service. EVERY time I come here the line is long and it takes so long. One or 2 people working. ITS Always Horrible. Literally standing here in line for 5 1/2 minutes with no one at the counter. People are leaving. Service is terrible

I give 5 stars to Bianca, she helped me locate a package, I went days earlier to usps and the same guy in the register working was no help at all, and told me my package wasn’t there without even checking. I put a claim and Bianca called me and located my package, she told me to go to the front and ask for her and she will bring my package. This older, BIG guy with long gray hair was so rude. I was standing there and he didn’t help me at all, he would attend other people that came after me. I said excuse me sir I’m here to pick up a package and he was just so rude. If you hate your job, work somewhere else. Eventually Bianca came and gave me the package. She is amazing, very polite and helpful. Thank you

This postal service is severely understaff, and the workers are very lazy. They don’t know how to assist, they mainly rely on self service.. and I’m supposed to be receiving a package in the mail and they haven’t updated the site at all, and I don’t know if my package will be delayed or not. They are saying it will be delayed due to weather? And there is sun outside, so I don’t understand why the package will be delivered late.

I have a video of the same guy driving passed my house and not delivering my packages for some reason. Hes done this for years and I've made a complaint many many times and he still continues. Please fix your business with professionalism and honesty.

The service here is absolutely horrible—no one is available to assist, and it’s clear they rely heavily on self-service due to being severely understaffed. It’s honestly embarrassing that a government facility operates this way, especially when I came in for something as important as a passport inquiry. Coming from an industry built on exceptional client service, this experience is beyond disappointing.

HORRIBLE DONT BOTHER COMING IN PERSON OR CALLING. THE STAFF IS AS SLOW AS THEY ARE TO EVER. ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ARE CLUELESS ABOUT THINGS, THEY SEEM TO HAVE TROUBLE RESTOCKING THINGS THAT ARE MISSING FROM COUNTERS. THEY GIVE YOU THE IMPRESSION LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO BE THERE. THEY CANT HELP YOU ON LOST PACKAGES, CLAIMS. IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU GIVE THEM SENSITIVE INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED HELP WITH BECAUSE THEY GIVE NO IMPORTANCE. I THINK THE WHOLE STAFF OR THINGS NEED TO BE REWORKED TO GIVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
