Sigh. I asked for and even paid extra for ombré nails. What I got was a very sloppy inconsistent work. I would have asked them to be removed but I don't have time. Left unhappy.

Sadly it didn’t do it for me, had regular manipedi with gel nail polish to start for the most time the lady was on her cell talking plus just exchanging words in conversations with co workers, 2nd I had gel nail polish and whatever product they use to remove it and then use their machine to scrape it off did nothing the lady use the machine to the end in every mail completely end up with my nails thin as paper all because of the product that they use which should of help so the machine did not have damage my nails. I’m sure they may do I good job when they feel like it but it was turn off for me. No coming back

Initially customer service was pretty decent and I went around the evening time so wait wasn't too bad. I was sat down and everything was fine until she stared to use her cuticle cutter where she seemed to want to do what she wanted not what I was asking for. After telling her multiple times I did not need the cuticle cutter she refused to put it down and be very aggressive. She began to apply a green liquid which was when I noticed I was bleeding because that's why she was using it and while she was drilling she cut me then proceeded to put nail glue to stop the bleeding. Seeing that it didn't work she added more green liquid. Even if you can look past the aggressiveness and the bleeding the work wasn't even that good. I asked for a French tip they looked uneven and bumpy. I wouldn't not recommend this place.

First time here. Make am appointment or your wait may be long. However, I went in a super storm and when I got ready to leave it was raining so hard the manager pulled her vehicle up to the curb and drove me to mine!! Thanks for making me feel important. Definitely will go back.

If I have to put zero i will. Unprofessional and expensive. I wast my money, they charge extra 7 dollars for any shape except square. I will never come back again. End up with paying 108 for regular pedicure and manicure.
