I'm a retired Marine and had prior exams with this facility prior to turning 65. Today, I tried to schedule an appt only to be informed by the manager they don't accept Medicare nor Try-Care insurance. Their website indicates they accept thousands of insurances. I called their main office customer service and was informed they accept Tri-care. Said they would call the store and have the manager contact me which didn't happen. I guess Visionworks doesn't want to provide service to the retired military community, which is disturbing on how they remain in business today. Guess it's time to contact the local news station.

I’ve had my last 3 eye exams here and came back bc of the convenience and friendly staff especially Dr. Rice. The optometrist I had this time (Richard Davidson) was a complete jerk. If I could give zero stars I would. He rudely kept speaking about the number of times I was blinking as if that would help the situation. He then spoke to me like a child sternly saying “sit back” while trying to complete the pre-test. I certainly won’t be back.

AMAZING experience. I had struggled for two months with another provider trying to get the “right” multifocal contact lens prescription. I finally gave up after getting the run around and came to Vision Works. I was able to get a next day appointment and Dr. Suh took the prescription I’d been given, listened to the issues, and was able to fit me on the first try. She took the time to check her work and explain the multifocal lenses to me. I left with a trial pair and am thrilled to be able to see not only distance, but also to be able to read, too!

Very easy to schedule appointment with a HUMAN representative, the automated robot lady was not helpful when it came to finding availability on different dates... Checked in quickly & only took a couple minutes of browsing before I went to pre-test, more browsing then the doctor was ready. Smooth exam & doctor was professional & to the point ???? Wide selection of frames & they had a BOGO going on so I was able to get prescription glasses & sunglasses for just over $500. Not bad on pricing but I know glasses are bit pricey regardless. Rep who I did billing with was polite & friendly & helped breakdown the pricing of everything (I got the lowest priced frames at $70, $75 for tint, $170 for plastic lenses, $80 for my exam, $100 for anti-glare which is highly recommended since I got astigmatisms) & helped me come to a decision. Would recommend & come back! Can't wait to receive my new glasses! ?

Vision Works was to mail my contacts to my home; weeks went by without a word from them. When I called to inquire about them, I was told my contacts were delivered to Vision Works! I requested for a 2nd time to mail my contacts to my home. An additional week went by before finally receiving my product.

Staff here are awesome!!! I have been a customer for years and they consistently provide excellent service!!! A shout out to Sebastian who is a mind reader!! I visited this store for my eye exam, and upon arriving, the Assistant Store Manager - Amanda, informs me that someone must’ve booked me for another store and she couldn’t accommodate the mix up. Mind you, I had an email and text message confirmation. Her demeanor and attitude was beyond condescending and ignorant for her to be apart of leadership. I would never recommend coming to this store. I requested for the General Manager’s information and of course, she only provided part of the information. I will definitely be reporting her to the Corporate VisionWorks.

Love this place! This team rock! Your reps were knowledgeable, friendly, patient and demonstrated excellent customer service! Also, the doctors were awesome!!!! Both of them! My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Not to mention the prices were very affordable! We found our new eyecare home! Thank you Visionworks!

The first person I dealt with was great. She prescreened me and then took me back introducing me to the doctor. The doctor was also great. After the appointment I just felt like I was not given all the options for an additional pair of glasses. My insurance is very good and it included the appointment and all of the lens. I got a premium lens with progressive and anti glare and transitions for $80 out of pocket. To get an additional pair cost me an additional $390.00 !!!!! I am not appreciative of the fact that the person offered me no deal. Did not offer to look at a possible discount. Was like that is your final option. I said ok just take it off. I am pretty sure that I was eligible for a discount coupon or the buy one get one deal but that was not even extended. My insurance paid full price for the first pair of glasses. I am a little upset that the person at your store did not do everything to secure my business but your loss.
