I have had multiple instances of not getting my prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. Quite a few times the medication wasn’t in stock. That’s understandable but I wasn’t notified until I get to the pharmacy. Other times medications have been sent days earlier and when I get to the pharmacy I still have to wait 30 minutes for the pharmacist to get medication ready. I’m finally at my wits end and will no longer be using this pharmacy.

Arrived 15 minutes before SCHEDULED appointment for vaccination. Waited more than 20 minutes for no reason before I went up to ask the pharmacist, who then said, sorry, I was just about to come for you. 20 minutes waiting for no reason. The pharmacist wasn't even busy or doing anything. Never coming back here.

I never blame staff for what they can’t control, but this pharmacy would be better off with three decently competent 10 year olds. I, unfortunately, began to use pharmacy 6 months ago. You’d think it is their mission to make it impossible to get meds on time. They lied by saying my insurance wouldn’t cover it a refill (it did). they’ve even sent my meds to ARIZONA and never refilled them even after leading me on a wildly un-fun game of phone tag. Ive been waiting on a “same day” delivery for three days, and they admitted that they just forgot about my prescription. These are just a couple recent examples.

The motivation behind this review is to recognize one Pharmacist in particular who works at the Smoketown location. Another associate said his name is Carl. He usually works on Tuesday and o know this because I've recently started timing my refills to coincide with his schedule. Pharmacist Carl seems to be the only person who goes above and beyond to resolve issues. Whether it be a mistake on the doctors part or fixing another pharmacist mistake I always know it will be resolved when Carls is on duty. I still use the Woodbridge location even after I moved because the pharmacy is efficient and most pharmacist that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a couple of women Pharmacist who are very good too. Same for the people who check out at the pharmacy most all are very friendly and professional. One girl stands out for that chip on her shoulder. Nameless girl but she average looking w blonde hair, but has a superiority complex waffling from her judgmental face.Otherwise I highly recommend.

Will never use this pharmacy. Always a line, always issues with prescription - either I have to call my doctor or insurance on my behalf to provide instructions for pharmacist to fill accurately. For the past year I have not been able to walk in, pay for prescription and walk out. I'm done. Going to another pharmacy next time.

Bad experience, uncoordinated staff; I went to the back of the line multiple times for no reason. One staff prefers customers to go back of the line. However the other staff tells you to kindly wait since you have been served. You wait until finals you go back to the end of the line, staff needs to be more coordinated a simple numbering system will fix this issue.

The phone system clearly doesn’t work & when you go to get a prescription their system was apparently “down” at the time the prescription was sent over. Absolutely ridiculous

Covid who? Delta variant who? Pharmacy workers had 2 customers with NO masks and did not tell them to leave and get a mask. I’m a healthcare worker and that is beyond disgusting. And then the worker called me over to her station after handling the 2 men with no masks. Didn’t disinfect anything OR wash her hands or put hand sanitizer either. I left and got back to my car, watched another customer leave the building with NO mask.

I love how convenient this location is! The store is always clean and has the items I need. Staff is very friendly and I've picked up numerous photo orders with no problems. Walgreens now offers curbside and in-store pickup. Great fast pick up in store experience. Be sure to download Walgreens app for coupons and photo deals.

Food lion is much cheaper. If your doctor calls in meds and they get busy they forget to put it the computer and it might take another call. Takes hours to get anything filled. Go to food lion.
