I recently had the misfortune of shopping at Walmart, and I must say it was an utterly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I couldn't help but notice the lack of cleanliness and organization in the store. Shelves were poorly stocked, and navigating through the aisles felt like a chaotic scavenger hunt.The staff's disinterest in assisting customers was palpable. I encountered several instances where employees seemed more engrossed in their own conversations than helping customers find what they were looking for. It was as if customer service was a foreign concept to them.Furthermore, the checkout process was excruciatingly slow. The lines were long, and only a few registers were open, creating an unnecessary wait for customers. The cashier seemed unenthusiastic and barely made eye contact, contributing to an overall unpleasant atmosphere.Product quality was another major letdown. I purchased a few items, only to discover upon reaching home that some were damaged or close to expiration. This lack of quality control is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Walmart's commitment to providing satisfactory products to its customers.Parking was yet another headache. The lack of available spaces and the disarray in the parking lot made it clear that Walmart does not prioritize a convenient shopping experience for its customers.In conclusion, my recent visit to Walmart left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. The combination of poor customer service, subpar product quality, and a generally disorganized environment makes me question whether I'll ever return. Walmart needs to seriously reconsider its approach to customer satisfaction if it intends to compete in today's retail landscape.

Went into store to by an air fryer that was on the app as a Black Friday deal. Looked at it on the shelf with many more sitting there so I picked it up and put it in my buggy. Walking through the store 8 more people had them in their buggies as well. So get to self check out and it would not scan. So self checkout cashier tried and said she was not selling it to me. So i told her I wanted to see manager. Waited about 25 minutes and a very nice gentleman showed up he scanned it 2x and told me that he had to talk to his boss to see what was going on and how he could assist. Then this lady TEHREEM shows up behind me and asks what is going on, he told her and she said well it is a black Friday deal that does not start until tomorrow. So I asked why it was on the shelf. She repeated several times that it " was not for sale and she was sorry".so I asked several times " then please explain why it is on the shelf accessible to the customer" she said "if you just keep repeating yourself I am not going to talk to you". So I said "ok I want the store manager down here" Around 15 20 minutes later here came Laura and some guy. She repeated the same thing but she added that they just hadn't put up any notice of sale starts tomorrow anywhere yet. Mind you almost 3pm and sale "starts" at opening tomorrow. If you want the item you can order it online and return to store in 6 hours and pick it up! WTh? Can't make this crap up! Walmart is such a joke. Will not shop Target and a hair away from boycotting all Walmart's... unbelievable. Don't waste time or money they apparently do not care about the customer, or employees highly unrecommended. 1 star only because I am forced to.. if it were up to me they would get negative stars.

This is the place to be for all Halloween related stuff. I saw at least 3 aisles dedicated to nothing but Halloween costumes and decorations. And then there is the candy aisle. I picked up two boxes of Sweetish Fish for $1.24 each, and you would be very hard pressed to find candy that affordable these days. My primary reason for coming here today was to get a pair of carpenter pants, and at the same time check out some of their sweatshirts. Fall came in like a lion yesterday, and the temperature has definitely dropped enough where I can feel it! While I was in the men's section I noticed several very nice flannel shirts, as well as. Long sleeve thermal crew shirts for only $12.00! I couldn't find the white color here, but I will definitely check out one of their other locations for the white thermal shirt. The place was super busy today, but it didn't take long to use the self serve check out. I especially like this store because of the adjacent grocery section.

This Walmart is ghetto af. Honestly, it's got a lot going for it (central location near the mall, next to I-95, etc.) not to mention a wide selection of a lot of things. But the lackadaisical nature of the staff, the kempness of the store, and all the open or expired items throws off the vibe. 5/10

First I'd like to say, there should be an emoji like or to indicate a ZERO star review. Some places, like this don't deserve 1-star.This Walmart is horrible. Nothing about this place is appealing. Rude employees, employees standing around talking to one another or on phones, long lines, understaffed, blocked isles, poorly lit parking lot, lack of security outside. When there is outside security, they they're either on their phones or asleep in their car at night...There are several other Walmarts around. I've even driven to Stafford and Spotsylvania to different Walmarts.I avoid this place...

Just went today and last week as well. Been living here for 10+ years now and shopping at this locale. Never in my life have I had an issue with anything until recently. This locale has the worst most potent smell of WEED in the back aisles. The soda/wine aisle REEKS of weed. Not sure whose in charge of this locale but they should look into placing some sort of restriction on smoking those substances whilst on the job. Would not recommend going back until they get this situation handled. It left me feeling quite nauseated and sick from how potent it was. The smell also leaked into other areas of that part of the store. Costumers should not have to partake in second hand smoke while purchasing goods. I would rate this experience 0 if I could. Its not the first time either it's only gotten worse since the week before.

after making an effort to compliment an employee and leave a survey review for them i was stopped at the door while holding our infant son. the employee demanded a receipt even though my hands were very full and he only had 2 items. the employee threatened to call the police, accusing me of stealing diapers and a sweater. when given the receipt he went so far as to scan the receipt items instead of reading them. after a huge effort was made to compliment a different employee every other employee was rude and aggressive. customer service is very important and it's very obvious walmart does not hold those same values.

My husband and I have been here a few time. The food items are ok and checked regularly because I don't see many with bruises, rotten or discoloration. The clothing, houses are electronic are always a bit mess but that's what you get for a store with the hours they have. Early early morning is this best time to go.

This is probably the worst Walmart in Virginia. I only shop at this location because it is the closest to my house. I may start traveling out to other locations who have better selection and better attitudes. Today I visited this location for an exchange and they have in plain view on the wall that they will honor your refund or exchange with or without a receipt. According to the CSR she was notified this morning that the policy has changed and you must have the receipt or have paid with a card in order to refund or exchange. I then asked a supervisor for the store manager who gave me an attitude because she said she had just got to work! I then spoke to Majorie who was the assistant store manager who basically blew me off saying that I could read the policy online and to call 1800Walmart to file a formal complaint. I then called 1800Walmart for them to tell me that it's the manages description to allow a return or exchange with or without the receipt. As much as I shop and patronize Walmart, I should own stock in it and I feel very betrayed that I could not exchange an item for $1.97 without the receipt, when the policy is clearly stated on the wall "Within 90 days, with or without a receipt"! Also the non-chalant, IDGAF attitudes of the managers didn't help either, b/c had they at least made me feel like a valued customer then I may have just chalked up the $1.97 and went on my way. I think companies should realize a valued customer when they interact with them and honor their policy that is still displayed in plain view in the customer service area, specially when it's only an even exchange. I wasn't asking for money back or a credit, but an exchange of an un-opened item!!!

I was very pleased with this particular location. Products on the shelf was stocked nice and neatly. Also staff was very efficient and helpful. I lost my mother's card in the store and I thought some other person picked it up besides an employee. But luckily an employee did picked it up and returned it to lost and found. Maureen manager at the Walmart and Dionne Assistant manager both of them were very helpful. I really like this location. P.S. can you guys continue to make breakfast pizza's my nephew's love them.

I can't believe I am giving 5 stars to a Walmart but here it is! Was there this weekend. It was a zoo. Since I am not familiar with this store I had to ask for directions quite a few times. 1. Didn't need to search for a blue vest, they were everywhere stocking shelves and doing their jobs. 2. Each one I approached was friendly and didn't just point, they stopped what they were doing and took me to where I needed to be. 3. No hassle returns. Line was short and the process painless.
