I order many sandwiches a week 40% are made incorrectly. Some so bad it's amazing. Wawa tells the employees how to make the item every time. Lawrence the General Manager is a absolute waist of a salary. He walks around looking lost doesn't train his staff.
We have two other Wawas and a Sheetz close.
Wawa please do better. Lawrence get som integrity!!

(May 23 around 7:15pm) The customer service from one dude was horrible. We walked in and my husband was kindly asked by a lady at the hot food counter what we needed while I ordered our salads. The kind woman tried to help us but spoke little english. So, the male employee next to her irritatedly asked us what we wanted. We just wanted two stuffed pretzels and we knew we would have to wait which we were perfectly fine with. But the male employee gave my husband so much attitude for asking. He reminded us that we would have to wait a while and we assuredly employee that we were not rushing him, hoping to calm the dude's frustration. But he was a little aggressive about it, nonethless. So, we decided to leave and go to another wawa just to avoid any further unnecessary conflict for trying to order stuffed pretzels. All this over pretzels, man?! Lol.
We went to another wawa, asked for the same thing, with the same grace, and had no issues whatsoever. The employees at the Minnieville Wawa were very kind, even while being busy.

Wawa...a quick stop for gas, snacks and fairly decent coffee. A bit pricey though and always crowded!

I am so mad right now. I stopped at Wawa #662 off of Opitz at 1:41 pm and purchased a turkey and ham club sandwich with a side of soup and a monster and eggrolls. I ate the eggrolls, drank the monster and everything was good. Moved on to the sandwich and guess what happened?! I ate more than half of the sandwich and noticed that there was paper in my sandwich. It’s the paper that separated the deli meats and/or cheese. I’m so disgusted never purchasing from this Wawa ever again. I’m going to make sure I post this up every where. You don’t know what harm you can cause to people. Here’s proof of it. I hope no one gets affected by Wawas food.

I use to love this WaWa and use to go everyday. I don’t know if they change management in the last 3-6 months but it’s been getting worst. I went in the store yesterday morning to get a coffee and the General manager Lawerence started sweeping at my feet. When I ask him to move and to wait till I’m finish.He continue to sweep right by me. He was very rude and should have just waited but he decided to be difficult. I end up leaving and didn’t want the coffee. As the General Manager you suppose to set an example. I’m very upset and disappointed over this experience.

8 Tesla charges across from the gas pumps. Must walk through the constant traffic pulling in and out of the pumps to get to the door.
